It started great... finished horribly. We got there and Amanda was super helpful she showed us all the options and we ended up spending $9k on one of the top mattresses, super satisfied with the purchase and the service so far.
The delivery was supposed to be for today, I received an email last night confirming the delivery within the time frame. Everything was fine until that point. I received a call from the driver saying "What's up dude! we are here but just to let you know we didn't know that it was a king size and I don't have enough people to carry that, still, let me check and I let you know." He went to check, I called the store, and at the store, they told me that it shouldn't be a problem because the frame came in parts. Then the driver told me that because he didn't have enough people to carry the mattress, I needed to sign a waiver for damages. I said no! it's not my problem that you don't have enough people. and then He said that I needed to understand, that they are independent contractors, they don't have the people to do the work.
Unfortunately, that's not my problem, I arranged everything for the delivery today.
And then, the store manager or whoever called me from that store, made it worse, saying that when I explained what the driver said to me, He wasn't there to confirm that happened. Calling me a liar? And then when I asked for a refund or cancelation he told me that the salesperson would not get paid for this... I know they work under commission, but, was necessary to mention that over the phone?
We were very happy with the purchase. So sad that they threw everything away because of how they handled the delivery and service after an unsatisfied customer. I hope Amanda can find a better store to work!

I went to Sit'nSleep to look for a mattress i was greeted by sales man, Assistant manager name Peter Jenkins! Who was so friendly, and helpful, in a short time, I found what I needed, the price, was great!?I highly recommend this place!!!???

This is now the 3rd big purchase of a high end king size beds over the past 25 years. We came in 2 different days and we were helped by Alex first day and Amanda the second day, BOTH were very knowledgeable and listened to both of my wife's and my needs. I came back a week later after doing my homework regarding the smart life bed with questions that were addressed with Alex regarding its warranty and reviews I had read.
All were answered and now feel better about it. We are purchasing the smart life king Koil mattress adjustable bed and can't wait till it's delivered. They both are on top of there game. No questions about it.
