I used Regal for kitchen and bathroom remodeling, new flooring, and whole house painting. I have had a great experience working with Ben and his team since the first day. Ben has always listened carefully and responded in a timely and professional fashion. Good communication is the foundation of good outcome. His entire construction team was outstanding, e.g. delivered high-quality and detailed work efficiently, cleaned up work site, fixed problems quickly, made sure all needs were met. In other words, they made my dream come true. If I have another project to do in the future, Regal will be the only company I call.

I feel so lucky that I found Regal Construction and Ben to remodel my 70 year old family home. It needed quite a facelift and Ben, Cesar and their great crews helped me get there. They were always on time and respected the house. From the beginning I knew that Ben and I would work well together. He taught me how to speak "construction". If I had a question or needed an explanation he was quick to respond either by text or would meet me at the house for a walk-through. I moved in a month ago and am living in my dream home thanks to the wonderful guidance and great work from Ben and Regal. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. I couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with Regal Construction and Ben Ezra. They remodeled a bathroom in our condo. What I appreciated most about the experience was Ben’s professionalism and punctuality. He never rescheduled a meeting, was always on time and all calls, emails and texts were promptly returned. He said in the beginning that efficient communication is the key to the success of a project and he really made a normally stressful process as easy and stress free as possible. The project was finished ahead of schedule and within initially established budget. The guys who did the work on the bathroom were also on time, respectful, did their jobs and tried to cause minimal disruptions to the homeowner. Overall, we had a very positive experience and plan to use them again in the future.

This review for Regal Construction is overdue but I can recommend this company with more confidence now since I have never seen a construction company (or any companies) stands by their work beyond the scope of the agreement.My husband and I have experienced six contractors since 1998 for remodeling and landscaping of our homes. Being matched with a reliable, competent and civilized contractor seems to require more than online research; Rather, you need a luck equivalent to the chance of jackpot in Vegas.For our current home, we planned the remodeling of the entire downstairs which included kitchen, family room, living room, powder room, laundry room, gym and bathroom. After interviewing several contractors very, very carefully (since we had a contractor from hell in 2016), we decided to work with The Regal; Sean and Shaul. They were very precise with the budget and timeline while explaining each phase of work in detail; nothing too extravagant or too cheap to achieve. We started in March 2020 and finished the project by June as they promised. Most importantly within the budget and timeline plus some extra improvement of the house thanks to their recommendation that eventually saved us a lot of energy and money.I am not saying that the entire experience was as smooth and rosy as it may sound like; There were some moments of tension and questions on the way like any remodeling projects would create. But all within my realistic expectations and any issues were quickly resolved with the sincerity and efforts of Sean and Shaul. They are such civilized professionals that communication was the best part of the whole project (very rare in the field of construction). My husband and I are professionals so dealing with people who are deceiving or irrational has been the most challenging task along with our aging brains. The project manager Shaul was a god sent and he made the whole experience quite comfortable and sane. Also, all their workers were polite, clean and hard-working (again very rare).I have waited to write a review more than two years because I wanted to see how their warranty service would work out. It was beyond my picky expectations! They are highly responsible for their job and extremely prompt, sincere and efficient with any issues related to their work (they don't seem to care about expenses to make sure all is in a great working condition).We are done with our home renovation but we will definitely recommend The Regal to our children or friends with great confidence.It was a good match after all! :)

There aren't enough complimentary words to fill this review on Regal Construction.Ben and his gang tornadoed my garage and turned it into the most chic, European-style ADU I've ever seen. Completely respecting the design and attention to detail, nothing was ever a problem. It's stunning!Ben went out of his way and sometimes overboard, to make sure every little thing was as we had envisaged. He, and his team, saw any issues well in advance before they became problematic, and acted promptly to rectify all situations.Dealing with any City is always a pain, but Cesar waited patiently for a dozen inspections, even when they didn't show up. He never complained, or became frustrated with the process. Bravo!Regal was right on time; right on budget and I just can't speak highly enough about their reliability and accountability.Make sure you meet Ben in person. You won't regret it.

We have hired Regal three times now and couldn't be happier! Ben is incredible and so is everyone who came to work on our projects. We remodeled our entire interior with three bathrooms and a kitchen gutted. We removed a wall in the kitchen, too! Regal came in, worked with us on concept and design and got right to work. I couldn't believe how seamlessly they worked with the city on permits. They anticipated everything we'd need. Renovation is a team effort, so we had to move on tasks if we didn't want to hold up the project, but I can say Regal never slacked on the timeline or quality! After we moved in though, we had a flood and had to re-do the entire bottom floor that had just been completed!! Regal was right there by our side and got our home put back together in record time. It looks like nothing ever happened here! Right then a tenant in a rental unit of ours noticed water damage from the roof. Regal did such an incredible job with that repair, our tenant was delighted! I can't recommend Regal more. They are truly on your side and that is so rare from all that I've experienced!

I had a bathroom remodel with Regal and could not be more pleased. I communicated mostly with Shaul, who is extremely responsive, patient, and professional. It was my first major reno, and my only bathroom, so I was understandably nervous. But even during a super busy period for contractors and in the midst of supply chain issues, Regal hit every deadline they promised and my bathroom was done very expeditiously. I have received many compliments on it and a week after completion already referred Regal to friends who were asking about the flawless tilework. Once I am ready to work on my next reno (kitchen), I will definitely be contacting Regal again.

7 years ago, Sean did a demolition of an old, un-permitted and poorly constructed guesthouse, and built an entirely new one. Sean and the crew, led by Asi, did an amazing job. Fast forward 7 years-some of the bundles of shingles did not have the proper adhesive, and some shingles loosened.Sean and Asi came back and replaced those shingles, far after the 5 year guarantee, at no charge to me! This is another example of Sean's attention to customer service.I wrote a glowing review of Regal in 2015, and now am writing another glowing review!First class design, implementation, and construction at competitive price. Before hiring Regal, I met with and got quotes from about 5 contractors. Their pricing was about on par with most, but what stood out was their responsiveness and level of care. I also had been referred by a friend whose business works with them and she assured me they were reliable and stuck to their schedules. I worked with Ben & Cesar and they were both easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The timeline allotted was about 5 weeks for two complete bathroom remodels, and I had already done demo. On the estimated completion day (the day I moved in to my new house) both bathrooms were almost completely done with the exception of the glass doors (which then came the next week)! I was very pleased with this having heard horror stories of other contractors taking weeks or months extra. From the day after I signed the contract and paid the first installment, there was a worker at my house every single mon - sat. I never had to rush them or ask when things would be done. They were quick to reply to any questions and make any adjustments as the projects progressed. The man who did most of my tile work - Eric - was very careful and paid attention to details. The end results are even more beautiful than what I'd envisioned in my mind! They took my ideas and brought them to life beautifully and I'm very grateful for the smooth and efficient experience I had. I've already recommended them to several friends. Thank you regal!
