Staff is rude. Treat patients with so much disrespect. Last time I come to this location. I only came here because the one in reseda was completely booked. Don’t come here go to the one in reseda and Roscoe. They treat there patients like human beings.

Easy to make an appointment, find a spot to park, and navigate to the nearly-empty waiting room. Was called immediately. Only problem? They never told me I needed a doctor order for the test. So the whole visit was waste of my time. Pretty inconvenient oversight in their part to not tell me that before I make the appointment.

Blown Veins with Nerve Damage. Huge bruise on arm and unable to lift. Getting tingling in hands. 2nd time this happened to me at this location from Ophelia. Do not let her give you a blood test unless you want to be unable to do anything for 2 weeks +. Complete disgrace to the medical industry. She was pissed off both times I’ve seen here, and I feel like she did it on purpose. Do not see Ophelia!

Due to construction, Google sent me to park at the hospital, even though there was a parking structure right next to the entrance. I still missed it because the building has no "Quest" logo on it.
The waiting room door slams shut, which you don't know about until you walk in and you're the idiot who slams the door in a quiet lobby full of people and a sleeping baby. After which, you feel obliged to man the door so you can grab the handle every time another newbie or inconsiderate person walks through.
I was 10 min late to my appointment due to the parking thing. Then I waited 30 minutes, which was fine considering they seemed understaffed. But the staff I did meet was awesome. Her blood draw was perfect, and for that I am so grateful. ??

Very bad attention. They take a long time to attend to patients, the attitude of the technician leaves a lot to be desired. The map does not show the correct location. In short, it is disastrous.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Anna during my blood draw at Tarzana Quest diagnostics. Their professionalism and expertise truly stood out, making the experience as comfortable and efficient as possible.
Anna was not only skilled at finding the perfect vein but also maintained a calm and reassuring demeanor throughout the procedure. Their attention to detail ensured that everything was done correctly, from preparing the equipment to verifying my information.
What impressed me most was Anna's ability to communicate clearly and answer any questions I had about the process. Their friendly approach and genuine care for patients make them an asset to the healthcare team.
I would highly recommend Anna’s and Quest Diagnostics. Thank you for your excellent care!

I can only speak for myself and my experience with this Quest location (5525 Etiwanda). My appointment time was at 10:10 am, and I arrived 10 minutes early. Parking out on the street was free and easy. Found the suite without issue. Once inside of the suite, there was all kinds of craziness going on in the waiting room, but I was seen about 3 minutes after my appt time passed. Once inside the draw room, I specifically asked the girl- who was pleasant enough- if she could draw blood from my right arm (read my other review of my horrible experience at the other Quest location just down the street from this location). I expected that she might have an issue with my request after reading so many negative reviews, but she had no issue with my request and I was in and out of that room within probably 6-7 minutes. It seems that most people complain about the wait times they encounter, but this can be avoided by simply making an appointment.

I wrote a review of the horrible experience my boyfriend and I had at yet, another Quest. And although I did not use any swear words or offensive wording to any one person, it still would NOT ALLOW ME TO POST IT. SO WHY DO YOU ASK FOR REVIEWS IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO POST THEM? (RUNS THE SAME NEGATIVE WAY AS THE QUEST DESTINATIONS.

The worst system to make appointments, no direct numbers, their website it’s from dinosaur era, select location select time, answer 1000 questions red box pops out time n location is no longer available, repeat, labcorp 1000 times better

Very disappointed to show up 20 min before posted opening time of 8 a.m., only to find a room full of people who'd come for the actual opening time of 7 a.m.
