There is a need for a person to be present in the registration/check-in area to answer questions & help people instead of bothering the phlebotomist who is stressed already! Human kindness matters!

It was hard to find the office inside the building, there were not enough signs. I came in 5-7 minutes later than my appointment time (it's ok). But the nurse is a professional! She gave blood from a vein, I did not feel the needle at all!

Went to Quest Tarzana at the medical towers in the hospital - had an appt - check in a breeze - taken on time - in and out quickly - techs there are very personable.
