The worst experience ever!!! We purchased the car last month and before recieving the title and reg, we took the car to mechanic shop 3 times and have spent over $1K to get the car fixed as it has major problems and still has some more issues. The sad thing is they were aware of all issues and not only they didn't cooperate to reimburse part of it but also insulted me and called me liar and dishonest and said I deserved such junk vehicle!!! The mechanic is located in Reseda & Topham and can confirm my sad story. Never go there

Good looking but junk cars for sale! I bought a 2003 Lexus ES300 couple of weeks ago and I’m still fixing the issues on it which are mainly safety! The car was in garage for a while since we were driving other cars and didn’t need it but the first time we drove it we found that the front headlight has problem. I called immediately and they told it must be because of rain!!! After long argument they ordered the part but didn’t accept to pay for the labor! After a couple of days my wife said a big noise is coming from the back but I ignored till I noticed that once I was driving it to the mechanic shop to install the back up camera and asked him to check. Unfortunately both back shocks were disordered and had to be replaced! I called them again to see what is going on! On the deal day, I trusted and believed them and purchased the car without inspection and now I was facing a lot of issues. They denied to fix and I paid for it fully and I am going to DMV to see what I can do.
