I couldn’t be happier with the grooming services at Paradise Pets! Every time I bring my dog, Nely, here, she leaves so happy and looking great. When I pick her up, she’s always in a wonderful mood, unlike other grooming places we’ve tried before where she’d be upset and grumpy after her visit. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive—they listen carefully and do exactly what you ask for. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they work with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer who puts your pet’s happiness first!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a good couple of years and he always comes out very fresh, clean, and neat. The staff are very friendly and the daycare itself is always clean.

Do not bring flat nose breeds such as bulldogs
My boy Loki on September 14th 2024 was with this groomer and 40 minutes later I’m getting a call that my baby boy is throwing up a lot
When I get their it’s much more then throwing up he’s foaming gasping for air and his gums are turning purple
(Was not told this over the phone)
I Rush their pick him up and rush him to the vet
He passed 15 minutes later
This place tried to put the blame on me and say he must’ve been choking on something that he got into before I dropped him off
But my vet said their were no signs of choking or anything lodged in his throat
Vet Said most likely was a heat stroke and I strongly believe this place is responsible.
I will be contacting news stations , Facebook pages because this place has not offered any type of investigation on what happen to my baby boy

Been taking my pups here since 2021 and the staff is always so friendly. We love getting them groomed here as well as spending time at daycare to socialize with other pups. The prices are affordable and i couldn’t be more happy with the care we receive at paradise pets. Highly recommend.

Paradise Pets Grooming is amazing! Riley, my 5-year-old Papillon-Pomeranian mix is usually anxious, but she felt so relaxed here. The staff took the time to discuss our needs and how I wanted her hair cut with great care and respect. They handled my dog with such care, and she looked fantastic and happy when I picked her up. Highly recommend!

My dogs have been a regular here ever since we discovered it many years ago. I got my dog, Maple, three years ago as an old girl. She has always been counted as a small dog. Today, for some reason, the groomer decided she now counts as a medium, which is $10 more. I asked why, because for three years she was considered a small. She has had no weight change, and I've always gotten compliments on how easy she is. The receptionist was kind enough to go back and ask the groomer, but I got the same response. I'm pretty disappointed that this is the case considering how often my family has come here. Considering I waited two weeks for this appointment, I'm just surprised and bummed, and I don't think I'm going to come back considering the cost and lack of explanation. The haircuts have almost always been good, except for long hairs on her paws and body I tend to find and end up fixing myself at home.
