Extremely unfriendly unprofessional Manager on duty.
Poor performance of requested service .
Requested problem was not resolved at all but I end up paying over $900 for issues I never intended originally to do . I need to take my car to BMW official repair center to take of my existing problem.
My time and money was waisted . Conduct of Manager was insulting , I will Never consider this facility again and I do not recommend them to any one .
Although they do not have knowledge ,tool or authorization from BMW to reset a faulty break sensor but they claim they do .
Update :
When their customer service department noticed that my review get over 1000 view attempted to pretend they care.
They provided a phone number to contact and resolve the issue , BUT when I try to reach them , I end up wasting over of my time They put me on hold until I gave up after 1 hour!

Mountain View is my go to auto shop. I’ve gone here since I started driving over 10 years ago and I return any time my car needs work. Today I arrived 15 minutes before they open (unknowingly) and Nelson was so kind- he helped me out by answering my questions and putting air in all my tires. The employees have always been reliable, kind, and the pricing is always competitive! Highly recommend.

I purchased tires less than a year ago and had had to go back 9 times because they keep losing air. Every time I go back they have the audacity to say it is the weather every single time. I did not spend $1300 to get top of the line tires so that I can have someone tell me its the weather every single time. The worst part is that I paid for the warranty on them so im going back tomorrow (losing a day of work) because my tire pressure light turned on again! Stay away from this place at all costs!

I called to make an appointment and it was absolutely awful. The receptionist booked me day of I called and I had a confirmation email and text then I talked to the manager to ensure they had the right oil for me and he just kept talking over me it was frustrating and so unprofessional he told me they didn't have availability for today. So frustrating

Excellent service. I had 2 flat tires last week, and I came here twice, for both of them .
One of them - they were able to fix, and the second - I had to replace it.
Jose and his staff were very kind and professional. They are also very honest. They charged me for the new tire, exactly the price I was asked at a very known tire shop (without knowing it). I really recommend this place.
