I had been struggling to get my car fixed for six months until I found Mid Valley. Despite visiting three other places, no one could identify the issue, but Mid Valley fixed it within three days. Linda and Simon were incredibly helpful; they're experts in fixing Mercedes and even gave me a generous discount. I highly recommend bringing your car here.

Horrible. Linda and Simon( sister and brother) are scammer. They hold your cars for weeks and without doing anything ask for money. Do not leave your car in this place.

I go here whenever I need my car repaired. Simon is super helpful and can help you out with anything you need. Definitely reliable and friendly. His prices have been extremely fair and I would definitely recommend anyone to go see him.

Simon is great. My wife's moonroof got stuck and was partially open and air was coming in. We searched around and noticed Simon has high ratings for his repair. He told us we were lucky that air didn't pop open the moonroof because at higher speed there was a lot of lift and it could make it pop open completely. We left the car for a few days there and after repairs were done the moonroof was working better than day one from the factory. There was no dirt nor finger prints on the roof-liner and they did a fantastic clean job on this Mercedes.

This place is a scam. Do not bring your car here. They will take advantage. They held my car hostage for a week and charged thousands cash to release. Do not recommend. Stay away!

Keep saying my car is getting readyIt took 4 months and still not greatThe problem is that they are under staffed.From Monday to Friday that's five working daysBut nothing gets doneGood luck people I know some parts are hard to get but not the body repair part of repair Bottom line is you are really going to regret taking your car to them.
