I switched to merchant chimp a few years ago and working with Joanna Hernandez has been the best! She is always on top of new rates that are beneficial for my business. If I have any questions I can call her immediately and get a quick response. The customer service is amazing and the overall company works well with how I do business.

It is difficult to find a Merchant Transaction company with a good reputation. I finally found a company with a GREAT reputation. They provide great customer service and competitive rates. Shout out to Audrey as my rep and she was able to provide a proposal to show my friends and I how we can save money every month. Money saved is money made. They run their company well and I highly recommend their service.

Mark and Joanna provide the most top notch service, hands down. awesome! We had a situation involving a need for an immediate increase of our ACH limit. The fine people at Merchant Chimp made immediate contact with the processor and had an increase for us by end of day. Their rates are competitive and their service is outstanding.

Gotta give a big thanks to Audrey. She made the process super easy, we were with our old processor for over 20 years. You would think that loyalty means something, but it absolutely does not. A simple risk free consultation and we saw hundreds in savings PER MONTH. I cant thank these guys enough. My business needed a facelift but not on the surface level. I needed to tighten up my expenses and my friend to look into Merchant Chimp's services and ask them what they can do for me. Basically got the whole run down with Jason and Audrey where they explained how I can save money on my credit card processing fees as well as provide me with a mini clover for my card paying customers where I don't have to use Square anymore because the fees are way less. This has been the best move for me since Im still growing and this has definitely added value to what I do, hair! Thank you so much for educating me on my finances for my salon as well as notarizing my permits. Awesome awesome team.

I run a small business on Etsy but decided to have my own website using authorize.net to run my backend but came across Merchant Chimp who had a seminar about merchant services in my area and decided to go there to network with other small business owners. They explained how credit processing services worked and if I was using square to switch but this was not the case. Merchant Chimp was all about transparency and showed how to use their app on the clover pos system to interact with my website as well. There's so much to discuss and learn about merchant services, although I'm a small business, saving credit processing is a big help for my business. If you want to inquire on how to grow your business and save money, they already definitely the merchant service company you want to inquire with. No hidden fees and they offer rebates at the end of every month as well. Definitely passing the word down the grape Yelp vine!

I started using Merchant chimp a few months ago when I met Gal and Jason at a networking event at Riverside. They helped me get started really fast and easy. It didn't take long to start using the application. Ever since then, i have been using Merchant chimp as an entrepreneur, it is very reliable and provides the best customer service. It even uses apple pay! It was very affordable and it saved me a lot of money from credit card processing fees than per usual and no hidden fees like other merchant services. With Merchant chimp there was no fees and it deposits as fast as 1-2 days. I was able to receive money super fast and be deposited into my bank. So far, I am loving the services Merchant Chimp is providing and I recommend it for everyone to use.

I was in the valley and found this place on yelp so I can switch out my merchant services because I got tired of getting hit with hidden fees, poor customer service and the rep had no clue what he was talking about either. I made an appointment with Jason Rosales who explained everything from A to Z dotted the "i's" and crossed every "t". I was also taken by surprised that they offer a month to month contract and would even help me get out of my current one by taking it over for me to show that they are serious in what they have to offer. With that said, i locked them in and my online site has been cutting my credit card costs by nearly half and it integrates with my Shopify. This is something you might want to look at as well. I also got my California resellers license notarized there as well. Great people, knowledge and they actually want to help you out more than see you as another dollar in their pocket. Highly recommend them!

Merchant Chimp has been such a help in the way that our company processes Credit Card payments. From day 1, they were attentive and helpful in all of the questions that we had. They also came to our place of business and gave us a thorough walk through of how to setup their system and how to fix any problems we may run into. Their customer service is fantastic and they are always there to answer questions whenever they may arise. I would recommend Merchant Chimp to everyone and i am very pleased with the service they are providing.

My partner and I have a smoke accessory company and we also do distribution online. We needed a better backend as well as a better merchant service company because the one we used had bad customer service and also had hidden fees that were not so hidden when it came to paying our bills. We searched around and saw that Merchant Chimp on yelp had exactly what we needed which was low credit card processing fees. We called and met with Jason and explained how their merchant services worked and how we can save money. We would get our money next via ACH deposit if we turn in our batch by 9pm eastern time. Their app is compatible with what we are currently using which is authorize.net to charge custom orders. We also got the clover mini which works like the square app which is used when we do our pop up shops so we can charge our customers on the go. All and all a great service. Also we got our paperwork notarized there too, to complete our LLC. Perfect with what we needed. Highly recommend getting a consultation and you'll see what I mean!

This review is for the one in San Francisco but I can only find this location where Jason also works at in which he travels from office to office since he is the main go to guy for Merchant Chimp. I needed to get some legal documents notarized for my e-commerce business and they were able to help me out with that but that's not the main part of the review. We have been using another company using Authorize.net and also it links with our bank as well as merchant chimp in which they help save us money from each credit card transaction. In fact they help us about half of what it usually costs to process credit cards. It's pretty much saving us a good amount to reinvest back into our e-commerce. We use their rebate program to get about half of what we pay. They also apps we can use in case we decide to sell direct to consumer like a square app but using a mini clover POS system. I can say enough with all the help and knowledge we have been given by Jason and their team. Their system was compatible to everything we have been using and didn't change much but the merchant service. It also helps that they have a notary service which was clutch. I highly suggest in checking them out!

I want to start off by saying that they are experts in what they do & what they do is help your business thrive with the amount you save from merchant fees. They also have their own app you can use with the clover system but you do have to pay for it however I highly recommend it since they have it for you so that it integrates with your current system unless it's Shopify which I believe isn't compatible. I switched my POS systems over with them & I can still use the same bank Ive been with for the past 10 years & they pay me next day via ACH after I turn in my batch at the end of every day. I use a cash discount program they they offer which in turn is highly beneficial for my business. Through the process I also got my other legal documents notarized by them. Thank you so much to Jason and Gal, they were both very very helpful and knowledgeable in this process and I would like to leave and praise them with this review. This is a hidden gem for your business, I was honestly very hesitant at first until my friend referred me to them and it's one of the best decisions I've made. They have helped me save lot of money and protect me from hidden fees! Thank you so so much!

How'd I End up here? I'm finalizing some deals with my business partners and our other investors and needed to get our documents notarized. A friend of mine recommended. What I get into? I checked it out, I came to their office or offices I should say and they were very helpful with the process and also mention that do some merchant services as well. I guess the 2 and 2 go together. They asked me what kind of business I did and Jason did his pitch on what he does and what they can offer which is saving on credit card processing fees and more. Basically, we discussed further details and I was sure why not and pass the word along with some other folks I have at my agency. Long story short, everything worked out smoothly and they were able to help save money for my clients which in turn made me look great. Great service. Better business.
