Just tried Meant 2 Be for my kids and I'm so pleased! The clothes are stylish, comfortable, and really well-made. It's nice to find a brand that gets what kids and parents need.

I came in here a couple times looking for some goodies for my niece. The store was an absolute mess. It literally looked like a hurricane ruined the store. The owner was having conversations with her friends, completely ignoring me, and absolutely inappropriate language and conversations for a kid store! It was disgusting.

Overall I love this store as they have a decent selection of cute and trendy clothes for kids, but there are some issues that need improvement. The store's appearance is disappointing, often messy and unorganized, which doesn't create a pleasant shopping experience. Customer service is inconsistent, with some sales associates ignoring certain customers and showing favoritism towards others who may not even make a purchase. This creates a negative atmosphere and makes customers feel undervalued.

Just stopped by Meant 2 Be in Tarzana – what a find! It's tough getting clothes my kids will wear that last longer than a minute. But this place? Amazing. Cute styles, great quality, and the prices are right on the mark. Plus, the staff are lifesavers, super helpful without being overbearing. Finally, a kid's store that gets it. Love it and will be back for sure!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered online - a very large order worth hundreds of dollars. I received multiple items with no tags on them and have contacted the store looking to return them or for some sort of discount. I was going to gift these items and don't feel right giving them as gifts without a tag showing they are new. I kid you not when I say I have sent 14+ emails over the course of over 2 months and have not received a single word back. I am truly considering reporting this business to the BBB. Customer service is worse than nonexistent.

LOVE this store and its amazing selection of kid's trendy, quality clothing and accessories. The owner, Nicole, is always very helpful when I'm in a rush and trying to pick out gifts for others. I love shopping here and avoiding the uncertainty of online shopping and high shipping rates.

Disgusted by the frumpy owner's nasty attitude. I called to check if they carried an item and she was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. I thought ok, maybe she's just like that on the phone. I walk in later and the store is a DISASTER. Clothes piled everywhere, disorganized, dirty, and hardly room to walk. It was truly anxiety provoking. I walk up and there's food on the counter and she's slurping her coke loudly. She gave me the worst attitude as she gave me my order. Clearly a very unhappy person. I like to think that I have a lot of influence with my large group of mom friends and my social media following and I'll be sure to post about this horrendous place and owner. Yuck.

I was by the store today and the owners attitude was appalling. This was not the first time, but I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that people can have a bad day. This is clearly not the case here. Each time I have encountered her it's been rude snarky remarks and zero knowledge on any questions asked regarding the merchandise. Aside from the high-horse attitude I would think she was an employee that had started that day and had no care for the result of customer service. If this is the way customers are treated, esp during these trying economic times, a foreclosure is likely in the cards for this store. The labels carried are easily accessible online. I can also see that there are many other bad reviews aside from the obvious solicited reviews above. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store again, and quite frankly, she should be ashamed of the way she treats her customers. She has zero self-awareness, not only as a business owner, but as a mother to small children. Disgraceful.

Place to go if you need good quality and stylish clothes for your little one. Nicole is amazing, she will always help you to find the best gifts and clothes. My kid always gets compliments on his cloth. By far the best children clothing store

Beautiful overpriced clothes. The owner is quite rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other places that will be happy to take my money. I will not be shopping here again.
