Good experience. Receptionists were very nice & knowledgeable. Appointment was on time. MRI technician was knowledgeable & very nice. Would recommend this facility highly.

When I entered the facility , it was packed with people waiting, so I thought I’ll be there for a few hours, but as soon as I got checked in, I was called right away and five mins later I was on my way. Very friendly people too.

My appointment for an MRI was at 9:00 pm because all the day time slots were taken and I could not wait too long. To my surprise, there were a lot of people there despite it being on a Friday night. Got in at 9:30pm. I guess given that they are so busy, it’s not bad. I took one star off because I had completed all the paperwork online and received confirmation, but when I got there , I had to do it again. The front desk said I probably didn’t click save, but if that was the case, I wouldn’t have received confirmation. Not too big a deal, but I had to do the paper work all over again.

The place was nice, the receptionist and technician too, the only problem was that I scheduled for an ultrasound that I was supposed to be fasting for 8 hours and drinked 32 oz of water one hour before and because the schedule department double booking the technician, my appointment was 15 minutes late and I was not able to hold my pee, thanks God there was enough hold to do the ultrasound. I think on this type of test, the company should respect the patient and be on time and not double booking the technician.

Front desk service oriented. Because the closed MRI is extra wide, I didn’t feel closed in.
