This was not what I was expecting when visiting furniture stores. As I arrived I felt the place was too small to be a furniture store. The front entrance was pretty much an office and there was no show room. I was greeted by someone and they explained to me what type of business they do. Although the representative mentioned they sell at a cheaper cost there was some limitations. I explained to the rep what kind of accent chair I was looking for and provided an item number to them from a specific store. I was told they don't work with that store very much and my be difficult to figure out. My contact number was left with them so when they figured out more information I would receive a call. Its now a month past and I have not received a call for an update nor do I expect them to reach out. Parking: small private lot shared with other business VERDICT: One and done

What a great alternative to big furniture stores. We got the couches of our dreams, without the outages prices of Ashley Furniture. Thanks to Todd and the great customer service, we actually got our couches earlier than the expected delivery date. Early Christmas present. Seamless process. Do not overlook this gem of a furniture store.

Todd was extremely helpful and accommodating! I was concerned that the couch wasn't going to fit our living room but he went above and beyond by making a concept image on how it would look, even after our transaction. He made our experience more personable with his care and attention to our needs. Lastly, every visitor we've had so far inquired about our couch because they loved the style and comfort. 5 stars for service and quality.

I want to leave this review for Todd. I have been looking everywhere for a specific size and style sofa we could afford. Every place I found one even close wanted $10k for it. I found Todd's business on Yelp and figured I would give it a try. I went to his store and fell in love with the sofas he had however the size just wasn't right for our family. Todd followed up with me and offered to have one made for us custom that would meet both our needs and our budget. He said it would be 4 weeks and it arrived in 3! His communication is amazing and you can't beat the customer service. We are very happy with our new sofa thank you Todd!

Bought an extra firm mattress from here a year ago. Was happy with my decision for a few months but then the mattress started to sag in the middle and now a little over a year, very unhappy. My back hurts like hell again

Originally inquired about a gray couch on Facebook marketplace with Angie. I then scheduled an appointment to look at couch in person. Was greeted by Todd. I was surprised by the selections of different couches & shades. He was very helpful. I end up purchasing another style couch in beige with ottoman. PERFECT fit for my living room. Couch was able to be delivered the next day. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Super cozy, & stylish for my new apartment. Thank you guys.

Excellent business and people here. Came here after going to multiple furniture stores in the area and getting an idea of what I wanted. Was able to get exactly what I wanted here for a much better price and with much better and straight-forward delivery options and availability. Delivery went super-smoothly. You’ll never catch me at another “big box” furniture store again. 10/10

I had to update my review because it's been a minute! I've been using Just like Home for over a decade now and the reason we keep going back is because of the exceptional customer service they provide + their competitive pricing. I was helping a friend with her bedroom set, and we had a little misunderstanding about the order. Todd went above and beyond to fix the situation and my friend ended up thrilled with her new bed. The point is. any company can keep you happy when things are going smoothly, it's when there's hiccups along the way that you really see what someone is made of and this company, is an incredibly ethical one. If you're looking for furniture, especially if you don't want to get ripped off, this is your place. They're a family run business, have a huge selection and pride themselves on customer service. Very rare these days!!! Thank you Todd for being a stand up guy!

RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH.... I have had a good experience before a few years ago. But this time it was terrible. The "Futon Couch is like sitting on cardboard. The dresser I got had a noticeable scratch right in the front. When the couch was assembled it cost me 60.00 ( 30hr a hour) and shame on me for not noticing the time. But I DID look at the time when the dresser finely arrived about 2 weeks later and it took 1 hr and 5 minutes I was charged 50.00 I only had 20's so I upset but handed him 60 and WAS NOT OFFERED CHANGE.. Todd took a few days to call on the dresser damage and when he did he told me someone from Asley would touch it up. I bought NEW furniture I could have bought damaged furniture on Craigs List. Over a week later when I got a call it was from a " independent contractor" that contracts for the store. RESEARCH I guess I am out money for assembly and I will either have to live with the damage or pay out of pocket to fix it. I do not trust the people he has as "Independent Contractors" after being in my opinion over charged for assembly . SO RESEARCH AND WATCH YOUR CLOCK.

I found this business on OfferUp. Todd was super helpful and friendly. Parking: The business is located in a business center where many other businesses are located so the parking lot is shared. I believe there are two spots for this business. There may be more I just don't know where they are. Both spots were taken when I went, so I parked in the big lot and prayed they wouldn't tow my van. (They didn't). The whole thing was quick. He had me look through an online catalog, I found the perfect tv stand, he ordered it, I paid for it & went home. I could've had it delivered but I went to go pick it up a few days later instead. I had no idea how heavy it was so I regret not having it delivered. I had to bring it up in pieces cuz it was so heavy. On the bright side it is beautiful, very good quality, and i know it will last a very long time. It took a couple hours to put together but the outcome was worth everything. I absolutely recommend this place. It is affordable and the furniture is great quality.
