I've been coming to Joe's Shoe Repair for 20 years!! Their work is always a #10! I have referred many people to Cesar and Joe and everyone is always blown away by the consistency and quality of their workmanship, not to mention their incredible courtesy! I just want to thank this store for helping me stretch my two boots. I bought two boots from Stuart Weitzman two year ago but never use it due to the suede being tight on my knees and ankles. I called the Stuart Weitzman store to raise my issue because I was told they offer free boots stretching which I wanted to do instead of returning it but they turned me down. I called Joe's shoe repair to ask for a quote on how much it would be, he quoted me 15$ and 25$. So I went to Joe's shoe repair instead and although he said he can only stretch it so much due to the boots material, he just stretch it perfectly! I left two pairs of boots there for almost a week and when I got it back, everything was in perfect condition and looks brand new still. Also, when it's time to pay, the total amount was the same as to what he quoted me. Very honest man, indeed. I'm so happy because now I can wear my suede boots after two years! Thank you!

He's amazing and so nice! I went to a few places who told me my boots are a lost cause and couldn't be fixed. But he fixed both boots perfectly! Definitely coming back.

My fave shoes were beyond destroyed by a big night out and they saved them - it was worth every Penny and they were very fairly priced for how much they had to do! Beyond grateful! Side note I had recently been to another nearby store to repair a rip in my heels and they made such a mess of them I took them straight to goodwill. So finding joes shoe repair was a godsend

Excellent service! The slider on the zipper of these rhinestone boots was completely out and somehow they were able to fix it like it never even happened. I thought these brand new shoes were ruined forever and Joe's Shoe Repair repaired them so they look as if nothing was ever wrong. And they only needed a few days to do it! AND it was so affordable! I thought for sure it would be at least $100 but it was so much cheaper. Will be back for sure!

they bring shoes back from the dead.! I cannot express how much gratitude I have towards this business.! my 9 month old lab chewed up one of my step dads pair of Italian leather shoes that are vintage. I really was concerned there was no return from the disaster my puppy made but to my surprise, the one that did survive I left so they had something to go by. when I got them back I couldn't tell which one was the one that was repaired. they looked just as they did before my puppy got to them.. I cannot thank them enough.!

I'm an actor and I needed to wear a black pair of pumps for the play I am appearing in. I own one pair of sling pumps that I bought in the 80s. The covering on the shoes is made of a silk blend material, but both heel caps had worn off over the years. They tapped like Fred Astaire whenever I walked in them. Joe's Shoe Repair fixed them perfectly. And then I noticed, during a performance, that the silken material was beginning to pull away from the sole. I tried gluing it back together with gorilla glue. Epic Fail! I tried to take them back to Joe's but they were closed. Unfortunately for me, I took them around the corner to another shoe repair place. The cobbler there, and his shrew of a seamstress wife, proceeded to yell at me, irate that I would consider asking them to try to glue the shoe so that it would hold together for six more performances. I returned to Joe's and a lovely gentleman named Cesar said he would try. Not only did he succeed, he was kind and he didn't charge me because he couldn't guarantee it would hold permanently. I'm pretty sure I will go to Joe's for every repair I will ever have for long as I live in Los Angeles.

Joe's is a great local shoe repair. I purchased a tote online and when it arrived one of the straps came off in shipping. Due to the excellent way the tote was made, I couldn't fix it. I went on Yelp to search for a shoe repair (my old one moved away) and found Joe's. They had great reviews so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed. They fixed my tote in a couple of days and it's now like new. I'll be bringing all my purses, shoes and leather items to Joe's.
