Warning! Fast talker. Supost to update windows,to fix problem with google. Installed an old 2010 version with previos customer data, documents etc. PC is useless now. Need to hire a real PC Tech. Will update!

He's a nice guy, but really doesn't know much. What most irritated me is that he offered to supply me with ink for my printer, said he had it already. 4 days later he finally dropped it off and charged me 100% DOUBLE THE RETAIL PRICE. I asked him to look into the error and he became defensive and did not rectify the issue.
