Rude staff and management that are unwilling to hear about a customer's frustrating experience explained politely. The check out line could take an hour to get through for no apparent staffing/rush/etc. reason since ive been trying to shop here for a couple years. They just want to be slow it seems and have no regard for people's time. Been this way for years too. They dont even care, just want to argue with a customer when they point out how silly it would be for any other business to be so inefficient. Maria is a liar too, and i caught her. She told me "we're short staffed" after I was just in the store with maybe 10 customers total, and 7+ staff that I saw. When I called it out, she was like "oh, well when you were here we had someone buying 2k worth of stuff"... to which I said, "but you had 3 cashiers 'working on that one customer' but essentially just wasting time around something 1 cashier could do". She tried to argue more and my ability to be polite to someone so far up their own rear was failing. So i just said "thanks, please pass this on to someone", and hung up. She was talking over me the whole call anyways.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service and even more unknowledgeable manager named Maria!!!!!
The cashier named Luzha was incredibly rude and didn't know how to process a return, despite me having everything in order. She wasted 15 minutes of my time arguing with another cashier about a problem that the computer was showing, instead checked to see if I peeled off the barcode and accused me of foul play. It wasn't until she called the manager Maria over that everything went through with the help of another cashier. After all this, Luzha the cashier did not even apologize for the long wait and accusations. Very rude and unprofessional, she obviously was not trained enough to be a capable cashier.

Worst customer service and store manager
Never back again to this store . I purchased the item from home goods and the following day I returned the same condition and with tag on it and the store manager said this is not from our store . And said the receipt shows i got here but I’m not sure why you didn’t scan the item . And she started it to yelling on me and with aggressive behavior Anyway i was very disappointed and i always get my item from home goods Granada hill’s location better variety and great customer service .

The store is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of nice furniture options but I had just moved from Miami and purchased a few items and no longer had the receipt for it. So as I proceeded to the checkout for my return and purchase the associate Rennie right off the bat was rude with her demeanor after telling her I didn't have a receipt. She didn't bother scanning the items with her scanner as the items being returned had all of the appropriate home good tags on them except for one item which didn't at the time of purchase but did have a barcode which was scanned at the original store in Miami where I purchased it. I just think the whole scenario was a not so pleasant experience as I shop your store a lot. But the manager Nikki was very helpful

Magnificent pieces of house décor, if somewhat costly. They do, however, have strong sales. Have delicious snacks and upscale cuisine as well.

Awful wait. Yes before holidays, but always bad wait to pay. For what you save, lost time does not compensate. Fun to look around, but big messy displays hard to keep organized, and the one thing I wanted, a basic corkscrew didn't have, and, yes, I asked and sales associate helped look.
