You get what you pay for. Yes they are inexpensive but.... Few years ago they replaced brand new spark plugs in my 2008 Highlander. It is a difficult job because a lot of parts had to be removed to get to the back of the engine. I did not have time do it myself so I let them do it. I supplied the plugs. The problem is I bought the plugs from Amazon and someone put the wrong plugs in to the package. The gap supposed to be .04 but these were .08. Whoever installed these did not check the gap. Big mistake because now after 20k miles I got misfire. These plugs are long life and supposed to last 120k miles. A good mechanic supposed to check for these things. Since I knew that plugs are new I did not think to check so I replaced fuel injectors and coils but it didn't fix the problem. It took countless hours to do it. Finally out of desperation I removed the plugs and low and behold the gap is huge. So I replaced them all and now the problem is gone. Their mistake cost me a lot of money and time.

Sold my girlfriend an absolute lemon, car has been nothing but a headache. We had gone to him so many times for repairs, in a three month period he replaced the valve cover gasket twice, constantly leaked, as a Mechanic he should be ashamed. Comes across as a nice guy, but sold her a money pit. And the last time we took it to have him fix an issue it was leaking oil again the next day, just pulled out all the paper work on repairs we had done in less then six months what a joke... Classy Mike.

Mike is a freaking rockstar! He helped me with my boyfriend's truck and was such a sweet pea! I have a difficult time finding a mechanic I trust as many try to up charge or tell me things are wrong that I know aren't. But Mike was super honest, helpful, and didn't do any of the above. I felt 100% respected. This place is a little out of my way but I'll definitely be going back! So worth it!
