Do not, and I repeat, do not! Go to this location for your FedEx news. They are just like the other review from somebody with one star. This is not a FedEx office. It’s an office depot and all they have is FedEx envelopes they don’t even have the forms to fill out or want to help you.

Dropped off my package to be picked up on Friday. It’s Monday evening and it was never scanned . Probably wasn’t picked up until now or whatever. The staff did not want to give me receipt and I had to insist . Never will use this service again. Just go to the original Fed Ex office and your item will be scanned right away.

Nice AMAZING people, short handed so the two employees are DOING THE MOST, and getting biz handled, office Depot give them women a raise!

They ship only if you have a return label. They don't make it clear as to what services are provided.

The self serve copy machines are kinda difficult to figure out. There’s no instructions through the entire process. The machine proceeded print out 3 of every page like I asked it to, but then it started to spit out piles of 3page documents. I couldn’t stop it without hitting cancel. At which point I lost my temper. I asked can anyone help at the self service machines over here ?? I have a major problem. After making quite a fuss. Someone finally came over, cause at this point it had stopped do to a paper jam! I’m thinking what in the world?! He pulled it out. And I said I’m not paying for all those copies I didn’t ask for. He reluctantly threw them out. He had to finish the copying. The machine was completely impossible and quite dated as I remember. What it was, was the lack of personal empathy for my plight. I was met with monotone personality, and tone. No one there looked over 28 years old. Which is fine!!! But none of them were customer service savvy. To say the least!!! I’ll go back. But only if they do the copying and only if I have to! I would have sent a picture but didn’t think you’d want to see my bald head after I left that Office Depot. I had pulled every hair out.
