I know it's not for everyone but my mom and I have been shopping here for years! Literally since I was a kid lol. They have stuff for everyone at the best prices. They're all imported so stock is always very random but everything here is great. Some might say it's "cheap" but honestly they last a long time. They have anywhere from lounge wear, daily outfits, party dresses, and even plus sizes. It's usually a sweet Korean lady who runs these shops but haven't seen them in a while. They even have quick pick ups like makeup, eye lashes, hair accessories, etc. so many things that are really cute that you can find here and still to this day, doesn't leave me empty handed! I went and bought a dress that was very uncomfortable. There was no fitting room so I didn't find out it was uncomfortable until I got home and tried it on. But when I went to the register to purchase it, no one warned me prior to my purchase that it is non-refundable. Only exchanges or store credit. I went to return the dress and had to interact with a very rude manager who would not give me a refund. It is illegal not to warn customers about your purchase policies prior to their purchase. So no fitting room (so I don't know how it will fit me until I buy it) and no purchase policy mentioned PRIOR to the purchase. It has been 2 years and I have NEVER gone back and never will go back to such a stingy, wretched, and unfair store like this that are owned by ridiculously rude and sour people.

Stylish clothes at an affordable price!! What I love about this location is they have a plus size section as well. Sometimes the sizing on their clothes is a hit or mess so I definitely recommend using their fitting room in the back to make sure your clothes fits. You are allowed to try in five items at a time. I love looking at their shoes here. It’s my favorite part. They have a lot of great flip flops and sandals for the summer. The customer service could use some improvement as there isn’t much help. It’s kind of a free for all. The clothes can get a little cramped so make sure you look through and find the right sizes you need. They have their makeup, earrings, and wallets towards the front of the store near the cash register. Some items are final sale and some items you get 14 days to return. They will let you know which category your item falls under. Until next time!

Very cheap prices but it's for very cheap quality clothing and shoes at Fashion Q. Some things were pretty, but you can't clean anything in your washer from here. Kinda like disposable clothes. They're good to wear once, and then you gotta throw them away.

this is for Fashion Q at Northridge mall. I was there today 06/11/23. You ( owner) should train your cashier and associates to say hello to customers to smile to make eye contact to thank them for shopping. Today I spent over 60$ shopping. Cashier didn't make eye contact didn't say hi. Kept looking down. When I asked her politely to repeat her return/exchange policy because I didn't hear her well she got mad . Also when I asked one of the associates on the floor to bring down one of the dresses that I was not able to reach she rolled her eyes and was very annoyed. Poor poor customer service . They both failed the BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE APPROACH.

I love this store! I wanted to give them a review because I don't understand all the negative reviews. This place is so cheap but also so cute! I get to shop here often and switch up my clothes often because of this store! It's my absolute favorite. Not sure why people expect so much when the clothing is so affordable!! You can't beat these prices and looks! So cute!

Super rude. I came here on a Sunday they don't close until 7 but I got here before 7 there doors were already locked, they said on their time it's 7 to come back tomorrow. I came for one item I knew exactly where it was would be in and out still wouldn't help me. Can't come back as I am traveling. Don't post your hours open until a certain time if you won't let customers in before you "close"

Worst place to shop at they always take Advantage of people that buy there when it comes to exchanges!!! There are no returns only exchange , I bought a new dress and when I tried it at home I saw it had a big damage whole in it I came to exchange it and I had a receipt and a tag and they wouldn’t return it they sold it to me with this damage!I would never shop there if I were you!!!Manger and employee had a terrible attitude!!

I went to purchase a pair of shoes which were marked down drastically because they needed to be cleaned. When I got to the register they refused to sell them to me at the marked price and said it was a mistake. Then they removed the sticker to make sure I couldn't take a picture which I was about to do. Grace, the Manager said she would have been the only one to mark those down so it had to be done by another customer or maybe even me according to them. She also walked away before I was done speaking with her. Poor Customer service!

DISGUSTING. Absolutely nasty the treatment from the specific worker I spoke to plus just to exchange to a different size they don’t let you with the tags still on AND receipt. Messed up way to run a business and they no longer have mine.

decided I'm going to leave a bad review like a Karen everywhere about my terrible experience here. Never have I ever experienced such terrible cu service and I know what it's like to work in a clothing store and sometimes you don't have energy for someone but it's your f*cling job do it or go home. This woman was rude and didn't even try to help me. Needed to exchange something for a different size and the excuse was final sale. Great I'm not returning I just need a larger size. Nope, final sale. Tags on and receipt provided this was the bullsh*t service I received. They no longer have my business and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't have their business either.
