The only laundromat I will go to in the valley. It’s always clean, much cleaner than any other laundromat. There is always someone working ready to help you with anything. The machines work well. The only small problem is I do feel like the dryers take a little long to dry. They have fans and air conditioning. This is a great place to do laundry.

Not good. You need to either use coins or purchase one of their cards to use any machine. And the lowest dollar value card you can get is $10. But it’s really $8 because it costs $2 to get the card. And then there’s the drying. Something that normally takes 20 minutes with triple the load size wasn’t dry. Bad dryers. Never coming back. Was originally going to put 1 star, but the customer service is good hence they earned another star.

This was the first time me and my roommate came to this laundromat. Very impressed with the cleanliness and many machines available. Love the laundry card feature ... no need to worry about quarters! A nice spanish-speaking lady helped me even though I don't speak Spanish. She looked like she works there and did her best helping me and my roommate. Overall I had a great impression of this laundromat and I plan to keep coming

It's ok it's a little high prices but it's way cheaper if you get the card instead of using coins. It's ok the lady was so nice.

Been coming here for the past 2 weeks to try it out
Sad to say I’m very dissatisfied. Even though I used soap as directed by washer machines
Washer #6 popped a message out of order and did not complete cycle. Left my clothes full of water and soap
Lady that seems to manage the place claims “I put too much soap” when I clearly followed directions instructed on washer. She said to “pay for another load and try again”
Really???

Erica’s Laundry is the best! We use the wash and fold delivery service, and they are so reliable and prices are reasonable! They even came on Christmas Day! Great service, great team.

My 5 ? is not jock! My cloning has never looked so clean. This place is a little drive, but it is well worth the drive for the clean of dirt and germs. Peace of mind that you free of getting a skin infection.

This was my first time here I actually had to bring a bunch of loads in for my late Aunts things and the place was clean the lady was super nice they have a bunch of washers and dryers of different sizes ranging from 3.50 -7.50 for the washers which I found to be reasonable in comparison to the other places I checked out… the pay system is also really nice I’m not one that carries much cash so when I came here and literally only needed $2 for a refillable card was amazing. Also to be able to get points for washing to earn free drys was even better!!

This laundromat is very special. You walk in and the cleanliness and sparkling splendor of the place hits you right away. Well lit, air conditioned and they have different sizes of washing machines for different load sizes. The ladies that work here are kind and professional. Loren is the lady in the back, who usually assists me. She is very helpful, always smiling and super kind with customers. Credit goes to the owner Sam, as he is a paragon of a gentle soul. I have seen pizza trucks and games for kids, as the place is child-friendly and has toys for them too. Their prices are very reasonable, both for the wash and fold service, or in store machine washes. My laundry is always neatly folded, free from bad chemicals and superbly redolent smelling great. I wish all businesses could emulate the quality, professionalism and kindness found in this establishment. Erica’s Laundromat definitely deserves greater recognition in the community! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
