Place is beautifully well kept there service and security was amazing and felt safe! The venue hall was spacious for a great event, and the staff was friendly and welcoming!

Daughters Quinceañera turned out perfect. Nice staff great food. Would recommend. You'll need to do a lot of decoration yourself. Hall is very basic. We bought seat covers and sashes. Chairs aren't pretty. We did a lot of decoration.

Attended a buddy's event at Encino Banquet and Garden. The place has a chill elegance to it, perfect for LA vibes. They could up their game with the catering though. ?️??

The venue is obviously well taken care of and nice. For that I have to applaud them. The reason for my one star is for the rude, obnoxious behavior of the coordinator/floor manager. There was NO need for her to approach my pregnant wife, or kids to scold us for using a door that was unlocked that leads to the courtyard. Her aggressive rude demeanor is unacceptable. If the doors were NOT meant to be used, then please keep them locked or put up a sign saying so. Beware the pale lady with black hair. Thanks her sh*tty attitude, it brought my review from a five to a one. The venue won’t disappoint as far as it looking magnificent and well taken care of, the lady on the other hand completely brings it down.

I am so happy that I had my wedding reception here 4.14.23. It was such a easy process! I called a month prior and was having such a hard time finding a venue that was available when suddenly Harriet reached out to me, I told her I only had a month to plan and we got right to it ! This place is so affordable and Harriet is amazing at planning what style I was going for to helping me with cocktail hour and helping me with choices of food. The food is buffet styleWhich I love, we had a 100Guest and had leftovers I asked everyone if they liked the food and they did. Everything flowed very well even down to the security and the bartender the staff was amazing and kind. Now the ambiance everyone loved it , taking pictures inside was so nice because of the lighting and loved how the cocktail hour was outside in the garden and during the event people were allowed to go in and back out to the garden if they wanted to. 10/10 recommend!

Very upset with the service of this venue. I had personalized cake toppers and dolls made of my husband and dogs, and when I went to grab them, their response to me was "it must have got thrown away, it's probably in the trash" without any empathy. They could have at least pretended to care. On top of that, they gave my guest a hard time for taking home the flower arrangements that WE paid for because they thought it belonged to the venue. We also paid to end the party at midnight, but the guests were being kicked out by 11:15pm. Will not recommend this venue to anyone.
