My family and I wanted to surprise my sister with a new car and I knew Carscouts was the way to go! I let them know what cars I was looking into and what my budget was and they were able to find me multiple options and I chose which one I wanted. I was so happy with how easy the process was since they took care of all the negotiations and I simply had to sign once I had decided on a car. Within a few days they found me the car and delivered it to my desired address. Everything was explained and clarified and all my questions were answered. I never thought buying a car could be so easy but Carscouts made it that easy. If you're looking to get a car go to Carscouts!

Incompetent and clueless told him what car I wanted gave attitude and spoke over me when I had questions. I was more than likely going to get the wrong car and pay more than I would've liked. Do the research yourself yes it's alot of work but you'll get what you want. Probably has connection with a dealer already to make profit off unsuspecting buyers.

I just bought my second car with Pasadena Service Federal Credit Union. I had a great experience the first time with the car scout service which was great and in this second time with Car Scout Leasing around their service was outstanding. I worked one on one with Katt, and she made looking for a car so pleasant and exciting. We gave her price range, color, model and she found us an awesome Volkswagen. We were totally surprised. I'm so grateful.

Carscouts have been awesome. I have leased 2 Lexus' and went through Carscouts. They seriously did all the heavy work and made things so easy for me! Basically I worked with my agent who found the car, with all the specs I wanted and got me an excellent lease, that was cheaper than if I were to go directly to the dealership, it was incredible!! In addition, the delivered the new car to my home, had all the documents ready, signed and picked up the old car in like 15 minutes. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership or shop around, they made it super easy! This time, I decided I was done leasing and wanted to purchase. Carscouts was really helpful, responsive and worked hard to shop around. No joke, I had called half a dozen dealerships and dealt with a number of sales people that all told me different things and tried upselling me. It was quite annoying. But CarScouts knew what I wanted and what my budget was and once the car was available, called me with the price and breakdown of payments, I agreed, and the car was delivered the very next day!! It came with a bow on top too, which was a pleasant surprise. Paperwork was all ready and they picked up my leased vehicle and closed out that lease with Lexus. For my new car, I got a Toyota RAV4 XSE hybrid, which has been the most demanded car. Dealerships were a pain, so I am super happy with CarScouts on the price, convenience, delivery, ease and making my life a lot less stressful. So yes, highly recommended!

Carscouts was great! My old Honda 1998 was finally dying on me, and I needed a new car quickly. I was looking for a 2017 Honda Civic. My credit union got me in touch with Duke, and not only was I able to get a newer Honda, he was able to find me a 2018 instead! Overall I am pleased with their services and recommend for future car buyers.

Leasing or buying a car can be such an exhausting and sometimes overwhelming process. That was until I got introduced to Nerses. He was so professional and thorough throughout the entire process. I must have asked a million questions but he dealt with me with such patience and understanding. He worked really hard to get me an amazing deal on a brand new vehicle and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Overall very satisfies with my purchase. Thank you Nerses for making this daunting task such a breeze. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family!
