Love love this store. I have been coming to this boutique for years and I love the variety and all the trendy clothing at this place. The owner, Billy, is amazing and her staff are great. This is by far my favorite place to shop. I have been to multiple boutiques in the Valley but nothing comes close to Billy's.

I think Billy's is my favorite place in the Valley to shop. They carry a few items from my all-time-favorite brand (Tibi), and they have an awesome selection of David Lerner leggings (love!) and a well edited cashmere selection. Billy's is FANTASTIC!!!!! Every time I come in, I buy something. It's an issue.
