Van, Alex, and Simon were so helpful with getting my new custom fridge, washer and dryer and they made sure that i got the extended protection so that I won't regret it if something was to go wrong:) They're also not sales-y or pushy which I absolutely appreciate (Van has helped me a few times prior to my purchase & spent time comparing different fridge models with me). I'd come here for extra customer care if you're looking to make some solid purchases in a relaxed atmosphere. Plus their music was bumpin' some jamz”

“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”
“Great service and customer service. They help you load and unload your equipment. After going over your equipment, they call you with the total to have it fixed. I am so happy I got my stand mixer fixed. It is hard to find a place that repair them anymore.”

“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”

(don't be a sore sport because you can't buy here) This protects the hvac trade and doesn't allow unskilled do it yourself types to (play) repair guy. “I had mixed feelings about Synder Diamond, as I have had good and not so good experiences over the years. Last year they supplied me with Graff products for a new bathroom remodel. 18 months later, the faucets coating started to peel away, I took it up with my salesperson, Loren, who told me over the phone there wasn't much he could do since it was over a year ago and that this happens a lot with black fixtures?!? I was also having issues with temperature regulation, so I decided to go in and talk with the service department, I was greeted by Kyle Gonzales, he asked me lots of questions, all the time apologizing for any inconvenience and that he would take care of this for me. He did exactly what he said he would do and a new faucet arrived on my doorstep a week later. So refreshing to have someone stand by their product, put the customer first and follow through.”

“I brought my boss' Miele vacuum here to be serviced. They did a great job and fixed a problem with the extension for the vacuum head. They also got it done faster than anticipated and the price was fair to take care of that very expensive vacuum. He also taught me how to change the filter and to make sure it stays really clean for optimal operation. I appreciate that kind of care.”
