I had the worst experience ever since I owned my vehicle, I took my Lexus 400 hybrid just to put new coils and plugs the mechanic Arturo completely did a horrible job my car is now running with a loud noise, I called the Corporate Office and I'm still waiting for this company to repair my vehicle right, this Trazana store was a nightmare, I'm saying this to warn everyone American Tire in Tarzana is not the place for repairing your Car!!! To be Continued ??

I went here to fix a flat tire. They told me that there was a nail that was "too far to the edge" and it was not fixable. They offered me to buy a new tire from them. Got the tire from somewhere else and paid them to replace the "unfixable" tire.
After a couple of months, I got a nail in my tire again. This time the nail was almost dead in the middle. They fixed it and put it on my car. The next day I woke up to that tire flat. Went back to them and after half a day they said they could not find the problem and offered again to buy a tire from them. Since this sounded very suspicious, I went to a different tire shop. I found that they never fixed my tire, just pulled the nail out and left it like that.
This to me looks a lot like a scam where they pretend to fix your tire or tell you it is unfixable just to sell you a new tire and probably fix your "old" tire for resale. It is a shame that such a large company does such shady stuff.
Definitely not using American Tire Depot ever again

Usually good service, but they have a young Hispanic tech that doesn't want to take time to balance and check if the bead is set properly. I had to go back and tell them to balance it, and I, as the customer, had to tell him about the tire bead NOT set right. Today, I'm going to Fair Mount tire to have them check the balance cause my SUV still has a little shaking. ? ?

No doubt Aaron is very skilled at his work.
He was able to detect a nail lodged in the tyre immediately I arrived. Him and his team were very helpful & efficient in handling it too! He also explained in details the options available and everything worked fine! They even fixed it for free!
I’ll be a return customer & would recommend this place to anyone in need of professional and warm customer service!
