HORRIBLE service. The people working there are the laziest I ever seen, zero involvement never receipt paper in the gas pumps, no clean window liquid - absolutely the worst. Remember - thaw same people do nothing to keep the hygiene of the gas tanks pumps or anything, best to avoid

This place is literally in the corner of my house but i was avoiding to do any business with them, since I know they are not that great, but this time i had to go there to print something urgent. There is a couple there who run the shop for more than 20 years and the lady had no idea how their machines work! She doesn't know what is RGB or CMYK! Since she didn't know how to print double sided i had to print single side and she charged me freaking $2 per page! I have no idea how they are still in business, i am not going back there at all and i don't recommend them to anyone to take their business there! Office depot can do a better job than this place.

Not sure why I can't pay at the pump somehow I have to step inside to run my payment.It might be the owner want clients to step in for purchasing various items

amazing printing service. 1) The lady there is knowledge , patient and professional. 2) offer many different services. 3) convenient location, easy parking, easy enter and exit access! 4) great price Why did I not discover this place earlier!Highly recommend it! Best printing service in Tarzana and encino area.

Getting anything done here is like pulling teeth...There is only one person working here she is nice but not very enthusiastic. She started helping me and in the middle stopped many times so she can help other customers. I've ended up spending 30 min for something that should have taken 5 at the most. Not a pleasant experience.

When I started my Signing agent business, I did not have a printer for the first few weeks, and therefore, I sent them the order and asked them to print the documents for me.Honestly, I have not seen anyone as nice and as helpful as this business because not only they treated me very nicely but also they printed my documents right away and offered me a folder for them.I do recommend this business to anyone in need of a printing job. Walked in here as a new potential customer. I needed a passport and so I figured they could help since their description in Google says they provide this service. However upon my arrival, woman in back yelled "what do you need?" In a non helpful attitude. I immediately lied and said I needed a label printed and she said, "we don't do that here. No!" Thank God because I didn't want to give my money or my energy to this rude shop. Saved myself from dealing with them. Go somewhere else!

What a rip off! I live down the street and thought it would be such a convenience to just walk over here to print 1 shipping label in black and white. When it was printed the lady decides to charge me $2.00. Are you kidding me? For one sheet on paper with only black ink!?! Lol I won't be coming back here and would rather just go to a kinkos to print my papers instead.
