This is usually a relaxing area, but when I stopped here at 1:30 in the morning to drive across cities, there were almost no hot dogs in the warmer. Ratchet is that. It is intended that food at 24-hour stores rotates around the clock. Stranger than strange.

So bad - I've been ordering the wings and the guy purposely put two in the box So messed up . This guys is so rude he only works pm shift . I cannot comeback to this location for how rude he is what a jerk

This is normally a chill spot however I want at 1:00 in the morning while driving across cities and this did not have any hot dogs at all in the warmer. That's Ratchet 24-hour stores are supposed to have 24-hour food rotating. Weirdddd.

I tried to call them to ask a question before I drive all the way there and their phone line doesn't even work.. Also ordered some chips and cookies because I'm hungry at work... the 7/11 worker didn't even replace my chips that I requested if they were out of stock I ended up paying 9$ for just 1 small piece of cookie along with the delivery and tip I would recommend everyone to just stop coming to this place

Very rude employees I asked if they had pop rocks a type of candy and they got mad told me they didn't have any and told me to leave the store as if that was the only thing I was going to get never going there and highly don't recommend this place

DO NOT use your Debit/credit Card or EBT card in this locationOn 11/25/2022 I went in the morning and purchased a couple thingsThat same day I noticed $534 missing from my account and it was used in a store located in Michigan! I’ve never been to Michigan!!!! 711 was the only store I used my new card at that day.I heard of so many 711 employees putting hacking machines where you insert your card and PIN number but I did not think it would happen to me especially at this 711 because I’ve purchased here before!I will also be sharing this 711 store information all over social media!

Not open 24 hours like it says it is. Waste of time driving and then arriving to this place. Don't come at night, it's shut.

Usually 711 doesn't give you much of any trouble. But this guy at this location handling the register was so rude. It was about 11:15 pm (8/6/19) and I was with my boyfriend. We simply try to purchase stuff with a visa gift card we happened to have, and he gave us directions before putting in the card which were not really clear. I simply ask again to clarify a specific detail and he begins to roll his eyes and act as if we were idiots. We tell him we can pay with our debit cards if the gift card is too much of a hassle and he begins to keep with the attitude while trying to show us what he's talking about. I get trying to explain but rolling your eyes and giving attitude to customers straight to their face is never ok.

This is one the best 7-Eleven that I have ever visited. Manger of the store is very friendly and always tells me about their promotions. A gentleman, who I believe is from South America, is also very friendly and courteous. The only negative thing about this location, which has nothing to do with the store management, is their parking. It is a little difficult to find an empty parking space around noon time.

This place is so rude I signed up for the rewards and the staff makes you feel stupid for trying to use it. Also they don't know how to ring the rewards out.
