All the staff there are AMAZING!!!!! the fuys outside are THE BEST!!!! John was extremely polite and helpful. Helped me find what I needed, and carried/loaded every piece of lumber i purchased. Only place ill be going from now on. Thanks alot guys?

I've dealt with a few people and this fine establishment and every every single time it's been just professional and excellent. My last trip in Brandon and I passed out business and it was again exceptional. Brandon is in the store pretty close to where the Truckee River starts

At first I felt awkward going going there (I'm not a contractor or a DIY). But the fellows at the desk were always helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with what I needed. Excellent place with superior selection. That other place down the street always made me feel like an inexperienced idiot. The other place was like "it's outside, go find it...."

The best hardware/lumber business in the Tahoe area. We went in there looking for an odd-type 10-inch bolt of some kind my husband needed for our deck, and actually found it. We found the guys at the desk very helpful. When I asked for a particular type of large bracket, I thought the guy was messing with me when he said, "Let me take you to our Simpson room." In fact, they have the most impressive "bracket" inventory I have seen. It was, indeed, a Simpson room! Excellent! Nice people, great inventory. We are glad we found this place. We will be going back. I love finding what we need and being treated well in the process! I highly recommend this lumber/hardware place! AND IT'S LOCAL !!!
