“Hubby and I decided to stop into this cute children's store just to browse and ended up purchasing 2 headbands! Their headbands are very comfortable and cute on, even for adults! Seriously if I could buy them out I would! Being a foodie, the trendy knotted headband with fruit is of course my favorite! It just screams summer and the pearls and studs add a fashionable touch! I love the colorful sparkly one too, but wish the sparkles didn't fall off after some uses. Pain is beauty tho, because even if it sticks to my hair, I am still wearing it lol! Ruffles & Ruffnecks is one of Tahoe's oldest businesses that opened in 1973! This small woman-owned business is currently owned by Susan and is located in the Cobblestone Center! They have a wide selection of hair accessories, kids clothing, toys and gifts for all ages! We're looking forward to returning to check out more of their store! “Very nice little game store. Compact but filled with interesting games and gadgets. A must-stop if you've got kids, but there are plenty of things for adults to buy also. Very friendly proprietor.”
