I highly recommend Team Blair Tahoe. I appreciated that they have a team of specialists who focus on specific areas of the Lake Tahoe area. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable about important local topics (e.g., vacation rentals, homeowners' insurance, and fire insurance).
I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly and can't recommend her highly enough! We explored a variety of properties around the Lake but kept returning to a perfect little cabin we found on our first outing.
Kelly's knowledge of the area was invaluable, and I loved how she gave me honest feedback on the properties and their potential. I'm glad I got the opportunity to work with her, and I think you will, too!

The sale of our Tahoe home proved to be very challenging. The market was in general decline, interest was practically non-existent, and getting fire insurance was difficult. In addition it was not easy to get contractors to to make timely fixes identified by the property inspection report.Brian Grocott of Compass Team Blair Tahoe provided calm and professional guidance during this difficult process leading to a successful outcome. I recommend Brian without hesitation.

Great experience with everyone at Team Blair. We originally were going to list our house back in September of 2022. Right as we were going to go "live" our situation changed and we decided not to sell. Matt and the team were supportive and said "keep us in mind if you decide to list down the road". Fast forward to January of 2023 and once again things changed and we decided we needed to sell the house. We reach out to the Team Blair team and we are so thankful we did. They made everything easy - especially since this was a 2nd home for us and we live out of town. Would recommned them to anyone looking to buy or sell. They also helped us purchase the home a few years back.
