They pocketed 100$ . I gave them 100$ I went home And they never turned on my phone.. I went back and they strolled through my phone for 15 mins then refused to give me a refund which I think there policy of no refunds just gives them the opportunity to scam you if they please. I gave them 100$ and they gave me nothing. I don't know why they put my money in there register and didn't even turn on my phone . SCAM ARTIST

This Metro location is really bad... I drive to Bakersfield every month... The girls here are very rude and ignorant... Especially the heavy set one and the store always smells like farts or something...

I went to cricket & the girls were rude & didn't know anything. Went to metro & the ladies were amazing, helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. They give the best quality service! Highly recommend!

They all need to go to customer service retraining. Their all very young women that need either training or re-evaluated. Their music is way to loud while talking to the representatives... Their attitudes about doing their job stink. The store needs a new manager at this location. I personally will be going to a Bakersfield location for now on... If i could give no stars or a half star for a rating, I would. I am willing to spend more gas to go to another store over this location, that's how unsatisfying this location is.

Horrible service, especially if you CALL them. As a PHONE service company I would expect to get a cost estimate for the LG STYlO 4 of how much it would be with or without my "account information" if which "has to be given at the store" I was told after only having just got off the phone with CRICKET of which gladly gave me cost estimates were I to be switching or not. I find it to be an bit of a rude inasion of my rights and my rights to my own privacy .On the whoke I've also had bad services with T-MOBILE it's parent company whom, as far as my recollection goes, charges & were over several years ago charging me monthly for a flip phone the same if not MORE money than almost any "pay as you go" phones on the market today . Incredible .Thank you Metro for confirming my belief and hope that you and your parent cmpany obecom as non existent and obsolete as your company's honest and affordable policies have been for me .
