They fail me again Second time!
I've had very bad experience with the management team they have at this store. They're not friendly at all and they didn't help at all not good customer service at all.
Once again the customer service at this Vallarta Supermarket missed the mark again. I walked in and said I'll give the benefit of the doubt but I was even more disappointed ? this time. I wanted to order some food for an event at work right away they couldn't accommodate my needs and they didn't want to it. I decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere ?. I'm really disappointed with the customer service at Vallarta.

Not to bad to deliver here, unloaded quickly and paperwork ugh not horrible they couldn't figure out if there was a lumper charge so that took alittle bit, very nice people that work here

This place is always full. That is a great sign if you're looking for fresh products. They do have all types of fruits, vegetables, meats, tortillas, and many more.. parking os om for the most part. Customer service is not great. If you're hoping they will treat you like a king this may not be your place. They have a big variety of products and that to me is more valuable.

Stopped by to grab some drinks. They do not have alcohol together. You have to run to different parts of the store for beer/wine/liquor. The organization if very chaotic.

Today I bought Rosca de Reyes and it cost over $40.00 and I didn't mind paying that much, because I thought it would be worth it, but what a disappointment because it had so much sugar that not even my 10 year old daughter who likes sweets could eat it. That doesn't even look like a bagel anymore, more like bread with a lot of jam. That would kill any diabetic just to try it. I will never buy bagels in Vallarta again.
