March 6, 2024. Beef Soup , kitchen, served lukewarm, short changed with beef and vegetables! The manager was in disagreement and welcomed me to call to complain. Other kitchen staff was more helpful …reheated soup and added more contents to make it look more appropriate. My main concern is food safety where temperature is lacking. Also, this manager needs to be reported as misrepresenting Vallarta Market where I love to shop and never had any issues for years!

I am a truck driver who recently came to this place to unload; In reality it is rude on the part of this company with such narrow conditions to maneuver, it is exaggeratedly small and very very slow to unload, I would not like to return to this place ever....it takes a long time to maneuver because the employees' cars They do not leave space, it is dangerous due to a blow and you also need to disconnect so that other trucks can pass because they do not fit....

Trying to buy a cake from the bakery in Whittier but they don't want to ring me up In the bakery. They want me to stand in a long line with other people when I already stood in the bakery line. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I RATHER DRIVE 10 MILES OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO ANOTHER GOOD MEXICAN STORE !!!

This market is at the right location for Sylmar residents. Very clean, good customer service. The meat department used to smell horrible I'm glad the fixed that problem. Prices are very high comparing with other supermarkets. Bakery department it's horrible, just bought some sweet bread last night, I don't know what they use to bake this bread it smells horrible. I put my bread in a sandwich bag for my lunch, when I open the bag , the smell was horrible, I cut the bread and the smell was worst I could not eat this smells horrible.

Your cooked food at the restaurant is good only if you put LESS SALT to be able to taste and enjoy the food. Please LESS SALT and me, my friends and family will buy more cooked food from Vallarta. Thank you!

For truckers, park on the street and check in at the main big gate. Please make sure the building is at your driver side on your way to here. The guard will double check your Appt time and give you instructions. Receiving hour is 07:00-15:00 Mon-Fri. Receiving office is next to Dock# 4. Please make sure you can cut the seal before you doing it. You need to disconnect your tractor and park at the left side of your trailer so the other vehicle can pass through. Tight yard but doable, nice people and super fast unloading once you are on dock. Good luck drivers, shiny side up.

Saw a video of their employees lying to the police, I would never do business with this company because if they lie to police, they will lie to them about you, me or anyone.Avoid!

Super bad service asked an employee to put the bagged items in my cart an her ansewer was: do it yourself I am a disable senior person I spent $200.00 that. Yesterday. But gor sure I will neve. Caming back to that rude people againnot recommended

Did not show interest, and failed to pursue and or investigate/solve their Palmdale branch sanitation practices regarding covid. I suppose a lawsuit might. Another problem with Vallarta I'm santa Clarita with health and sanitation Joanna blew me off. Gonna take it to la county health Dept.
