It's very good gym if you like loud music and dark places. Never packed in the morning and it's a great environment.

March 4, 2024 Management has not put any signs on the women's sauna that it is scorching hot. DO NOT GO IN THE SAUANA UNTIL YOU ASK IF THEY HAVE FIXED THE WOMEN's sauna or you will burn. Enter at your own risk.

I would give this place a zero if I could but unfortunately I have to select a star. Bottom line if you want to get robbed from your money this is the place. They make it very difficult if you want to cancel your membership and even after canceling your membership they still charge you, the staff is terrible unhelpful and incompetent. Save your money. The place is more like a night club I don't doubt they do illegal stuff there. Very very incompetent people working there.

This is my gym, not bad could be nicer the people I love, although it can get to be crowded between five and eight. Other than that it's OK Gym.

I'm writing this review to warn people about this gym. It's been 6 months since they took money away from my account. In less than one month this gym charged me $700 dollars from my account they charged me money for five members instead of 3 members. I only enrolled my son and daughter. A girl named Marcela said somehow I click 5 members. Keep in mind this matter has been since July 2023. I would be stupid to do that, why would I allow them to charge me 5 members instead of 3? Why didn't you mentioned this to me 6 months ago? I spoke to 6 different people, no one said anything about this not even Alexia. The worst part about all of this It is the customer service. The guys In front of the desk are the worse their attitude you received from them is Horrible (Pasadena location) Dude, you are stealing money from your customers. Alexia, you had lied to your customers You never got to me since July. Yesterday Marcela told me that my$700 were lost That there was no way you guys were going to refund my $. She even made fun of me, when I told her, they could get sued for doing that. ( her words: you can do whatever you like ma'am this is the United States of America) well Marcela you got that right. That's exactly what I'm going to do. Business like this Should be stopped. To all the people out there please be careful and check your account these people are the worst They are stealing your money somehow.

No restroom clean and leaks everywhere. I don't see why charging $49dls. At year for maintenance.

This gym is DIRTY. I don't know when they clean, but they should do it more often. The elevators are dirty, and I can feel the grime collecting on me just by being in there. The parking lot is also full of dust. The showers aren't clean either, and I go mainly for the pool. After a nice workout I want to leave the gym feeling fresh and clean to start my day, but I don't feel that here.

I went in today just to ask why I got charged an extra fee before my usual scheduled payment. There was a blonde girl with long eyelash extensions at the front desk. I respectfully waited for her to help other guests and then approached her. I just came in to get help and ask some things I was confused about because I've tried reaching out though phone calls and email and got no reply. As soon as I began speaking with her she was very rude, condescending, and only gave me one word answers. I overlooked that for a moment and I communicated my situation to her and she asked why I was considering cancelling I replied that I was moving and was considering changing gyms. I also mentioned that I was offered a promotional price so I was thinking about keeping the membership. She asked to see my phone to show her where I tried looking into the cancellation options and i showed her the portal for members. I let her have my phone to see and before I knew it she cancelled the plan for me without me consenting to her cancelling it. She handed me back my phone and she replied with "there it's cancelled" I was taken a back a bit but I asked if I was still gonna be charged those extra fees and next month. She said yes which I didn't know and she said I have to cancel 15 days before in order not to be charged. I had told her I was looking into the promotional price before cancelling and she had the audacity to question why I wanted to keep the membership if I was moving. I told her I was considering staying because I work in the area and if I got the promotional price it would be better for me and the second person on my plan to stay. She looked a bit flustered at first obviously after what she did but she just told me to email again and ask for that promotion offered and wait. Gave me no info about if I would be charged a new member fee again or if I would get charged the annual fee again NOTHING. I had no words because I didn't know how to react in the moment and didn't want to make a scene. I stayed for a moment to check my portal where she cancelled my membership and she asked again very condescendingly kindof shooing me away, if I needed anything else. I replied no and left. The gym has no way of getting in contact with anyone who can help members with any questions. The number listed on all their platforms doesn't work and the email they use is automated so you won't get a reply soon. So you would think their employees would have insight on these type of things. Whoever this girl is I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she needs to learn how to treat people. She needs to be trained on how to customer service and communicate in a respectful and clear way. If she didn't know how to handle things she could've asked for help from a coworker or could have asked me to leave a number when someone that could help was in. Simple as that. Overall, ignoring the interaction with that employee, the gym is good. It has a variety of equipment and amenities. The only downsides is it gets packed after 3 and parking can be tight. They also charge you a fee once a year but last year I got charged twice. I'm still reconsidering staying it is convenient but now I don't know if I'll have any upcoming issues with future payments and fees. Just wanted to give anyone looking into the gym a heads up. It's a hassle to get any help or information. So this is just a possibility.
