I received a flower delivery from this business on 10/5/23. My friends send me flowers to thank me for something I did for them. I was at work when the flowers arrived so I asked them to come deliver when I was home but they refused. They left the flowers outside and it was 100 degrees. When I arrived home, the flower arrangement was wilted and not fresh. The flowers fully died after 2 days. I contacted the shop and they didn't return my call. I called again and finally the lady who answered was rude and said I should just contact 1-800-Flowers because the order was placed with them. I asked her if she made the arrangement and she said yes. So I said them you are responsible to replace it and she hung up on me. I've never seen such horrible customer service before. I'm writing this review to share with others that they use flowers that are not fresh and don't care about their customers.

My go-to flower shop. Tiny, located at the Shell gas station. Parking can be hard but otherwise always has the freshest flowers and beautifully arrangements. The woman who works there is amazing. She remembers me and so always asks "who's birthday is it" and always asks about my family. Will continue to frequent so long as they are around.

I wasn't able to be with my mom this Mother's Day & had been looking for a local florist with beautiful bouquets with reasonable prices! The flowers were delivered to my mom before noon and she absolutely loves them and the vase! I will be using The Flower Boutique to send local flowers from now on!

Ordered a Valentine's day bouquet for my sweetheart. They were delivered to Santa Clarita at about noon. They were so beautiful and certainly impressed. The best part, however, was that they lasted and were still beautiful almost 2 weeks later. The skill and care with which the bouquet was assembled was second to none. A customer for life! Lawrence

DO NOT GET FLOWERS DELIVERED FROM THIS FLORIST SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT A DAMAGED ARRANGEMENT AND HALF DEFLATED BALLOONS. My fiancé got flowers delivered to my work for my birthday along with a balloon and it was definitely disappointing to see that the delivery had clearly been damaged and the balloon had been sitting around for weeks. I called the shop later that day to explain to them what happened and they asked me to send pictures to verify and that they would see if they could do anything about it. They then called me back before I could even send the pictures and asked if I got lilies in my arrangement. When I replied "yes" they proceeded to tell me that they were having problems with their petals when they got them from the flower market and thats just how they have been. I explained that it was the leaves as well and that it was clearly damaged and that the balloon was also already barely inflated. They told me that they couldn't send me another arrangement and the best they could do was Venmo me $15. I was really surprised that they couldn't stand by their product and could only offer me $15 through Venmo when it was clearly poor execution on their part. They should have made it right by sending me another bouquet and balloon instead of trying to make up excuses. Long story short I would never have my fiancé use this florist again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you want anything to get delivered. My fiancé felt bad that the delivery was so subpar and I felt bad that he spent money on something that should have been way nicer.

I just found this flower shop on Yelp! I was so pleased with the decision i made to go with them. I ordered this morning and they delivered it the same day! I was super basic with what i wanted- i said white flowers, greens, full & low. And i literally got exactly what i wanted and then some!!! I will def be using them again. Thank you x a million!!!

I called last minute (the day before) to order flowers for a funeral. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and unsure of the colors. I knew I wanted it to be beautiful. At times in my life the person who passed had been like a second Mom to me. Of course her Family was like my extended Family. I spoke with Edwin, he was very helpful and professional. Thank you all so much, you've far exceeded my expectations.

I work nearby and I get off not until almost 9pm. I was planning to buy a lei and a bouquet for my daughter's graduation the next day but I was afraid it will all be gone by the time I get off work. Called this flower shop and inquired. A lady answered and gave me all the information I needed. When I got there during my break, she was very accomodating! The leis were very nice and the she had a good selection of bouquets to choose from. Since I will be going back to work after buying from her, she asked me if I have a vase at work so the flowers won't wilt. I said no. She lent me her vase and said to return it to her whenever I can since I only work nearby. I have never encountered somebody who lends their things to somebody they don't know. Did not even ask for my name or number just in case I don't return it . I would definitely come back here again!

Ordered through YouFlowers.com and they used these folks. Flowers arrived late, even though we paid the 'before 9 and 12' extra fee. Small, insignificant arrangement of half dead flowers. Literally, 5 roses and some daisies with some green filler. And that was supposed to be their 'premium' package, at almost $90 out the door. Called to report the experience, and give them a chance to make it right, got a river of excuses and defensiveness. Never again. Even Albertsons flowers are better!Upgraded to three stars since the flowers miraculously recovered and are somewhat still fresh. Maybe I would have had better luck had I ordered directly from them instead of middleman Youflower.

I needed flowers delivered to a friend today and Edwin was so amazing and quick to help! He created the most beautiful arrangement for me and had it delivered within a few hours, all for a great price and amazing customer service. Definitely will be back!
