Important notice for all sellers and buyers: Exercise extreme caution in dealing with the following establishment. It has come to my attention that this place operates in a highly questionable manner, warranting utmost vigilance.Regrettably, I fell victim to a distressing incident involving my watches being stolen, which were subsequently sold to an individual named Charlie or Carlos G. Following a private investigation, the responsible party eventually confessed to their wrongdoing and said they sold the watches to charlie for nowhere near a fraction of their value. However, Charlie, in his capacity as a jeweler broker, failed to adhere to the appropriate business protocols. This flagrant disregard for ethical conduct is deeply concerning.To address this matter, I have promptly filed a police report, and the subsequent steps will focus on obtaining information about the buyers who acquired the stolen watches from charlie. The entities in question are associated with a watch repair shop operating under the names "Lesley Jeweler" and "Sylmar Jeweler Broker/Buyer," as well as a high desert transportation business. It is disconcerting to consider the possibility of their involvement in the transportation of illicit goods.Rest assured, every effort will be made to uncover the truth and bring all parties involved to justice. If anyone else has encountered similar issues, I urge you to come forward and share your experiences. Finding contact information should be straightforward through a Google search under "Sylmar Watch Repair" within the next week or two.The most disheartening aspect of this entire ordeal is the blatant lack of cooperation demonstrated by these businesses in assisting with the recovery of stolen goods that they played a part in facilitating. Such negligence is unacceptable, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that they are held accountable for their actions.I implore you all to remain cautious and vigilant in your transactions. Together, we can work towards exposing this unacceptable behavior and safeguarding others from falling victim to this distressing enterprise.I will not give up until I find where my watches went and anyone who participated be punished accordingly.

SELLERS/BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This place is crooked. Someone stole my watches and ended up selling them to charlie. The person confessed after investigating privately. Charlie scammed the person selling the watches and did not bother to follow proper business protocol for a jeweler broker. Police report has been filed and next steps are to find the buyers information to the watches that were stolen. This is how a watch repair shop operates under Lesley jeweler and sylmar Jeweler broker/buyer. As well as high desert transportation business. If I had to guess he transports stolen goods that way. Still have much more to find out with everyone involved in this operation. If anyone else has experienced similar problems please feel free to reach out. Contact should be easy to find with a Google search under sylmar watch repair within the next week or 2. The worst part about this business is their disregard in cooperation with the retrieval of stolen goods that they facilitated.

Don’t waste your time taking jewelery to be fixed. First of all, sign said closed will be back at 3pm it was 4:30 still not open.Secondly, the rude man couldn’t give a general idea on his fees on fixing something very simple. Go to San Fernando jewelers much better customer service, I guess I bothered him while watching his program or talking on the phone
