Very very expensive service fees, refuse to give you a price over the phone until after you come in and charge you at the end so you have no choice but to pay beware and ask before signing anything.

THE PLACE WAS BETTER BEFORE NOW YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND IT'S USELESS TO MAKE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE APPOINTMENT. No good they gave me a lower quote than the lady that I ended up going with. Even H&R Block was getting me a higher quote and they suck. It turned out that they werent giving me the child tax credit. That is 2k missing from my return. Not cool! Be careful with who you choose to file your taxes with.

Joseph did my taxes but lost one of my files for a year i needed done. Somehow it got lost which worries me so be careful and don’t leave anything with him or it will get lost. Not happy its been a few years and my info is in there who knows who has my info now.

I went in for my registration I had no cash and credit card they charge more money so I asked if I had to make line again and the women told me yes you have to wait again I can understand wait for the person she is helping then I can just pay cash buy she definitely didn't want my business awfully attitude

I came here for a simple notary service on a week day, in the morning. The Notary was able to see me right away. I had my service completed, paid $15 and was out the door in about 10 mins. Great service. Masks required to be work inside.

Ive called and emailed several times to speak with Joe Hernandez to just start the process of assessing my taxes with NO response. The office is seems to be run unprofessionally with no one to hold them accountable.
