Beautiful arrangement and exceptional service. I had flowers delivered to my mom on Friday 5/10/24 for Mother's Day. On Friday during the first deliver attempt my mom wasn't home so I received a courtesy call letting me know that she wasn't home and that it was too hot to leave the flowers on the front porch. I have ordered from other florists in the area and they did leave the flowers on the doorstep. Obviously that wilted them. I so appreciate the communication and caring service to come back later in the day. Also, the actual flowers from Saint Germain are gorgeous and look very similar to what is posted on their website. I have ordered flowers at other florists to only have something very different delivered. Lastly, they send a confirmation email after delivery which is a service I always appreciate. I will most certainly buy from Saint Germain going forward. Keep up the great work! Your excellent reviews are well deserved!!

I was so impressed and pleased with this florist that I couldn't wait to write a review immediately upon delivery of the flowers. I ordered the gilded garden bouquet for my mom for her birthday today and they were just delivered. I was delighted to see that the flowers were super fresh and absolutely perfect! The bouquet looks just like the picture! I even got a text with a photo of them placed at the front door, as I requested. Talk about paying attention to detail and wonderful customer service! It's no wonder this flower shop has a 5 star rating! I've had a terrible experience with other flower shops in the past, so I was hesitant, but Saint Germaine has exceeded my expectations. If you are thinking about ordering from here, do not hesitate! They are wonderful and really care about their customers, as evidenced by this beautifully assembled bouquet, delivered with care! This was my first time ordering from this fine establishment as my wife and I are fairly new to the area. As per usual, I try to find the freshest roses (special occasions) and sunflowers (all other occasions) for my wife and this time, Dennis delivered a beautiful bouquet of red roses to mark my wife's birthday. The process was so easy - I went to their website, and each arrangement is categorized for your viewing pleasure. I easily found the bouquet that would do the job and having small notes that show the consumer it is a popular choice, is a nice touch. This made browsing and my indecisiveness a nonissue. I placed my order via their website and called to confirm just because I worry too much. Dennis answered and was very friendly - gave me the confirmation and that was it. I was able to choose the date for delivery in a days notice and they just arrived a few minutes ago. I will be using this establishment for all my flower needs - thank you Dennis for such a quick and easy experience. I will be back for sure!

Mu husband got me flowers for Valentine's Day here. It was a nice arrangement but I dint appreciate getting filler cheap flowers in my arrangement. Carnations just add filler and are the most ugliest flowers in my opinion. We have gotten flowers here before and they were beautiful. Maybe they ran out for Valentine's Day.

Amazing every time. I usually buy a dozen or two for my wife, but I bought a funeral splash last week. It was beautiful and totally appropriate. It matched the website picture perfect.

Amazing!!! The nicest lady just dropped off the flowers we ordered for my mom and we are so happy with them. We actually got what we ordered. I have tired so many places and the pics online and what you actually get are never the same thing. Definitely worth the money here!! Will definitely be my go to flower shop. Thank you

I ordered a seasonal bouquet for our anniversary and it came out beautiful! I did a same-day delivery and it was delivered promptly as well. The receptionist was super helpful in answering any questions I had. I will be ordering here again!

To live far from the location, it was nice to be able to communicate with the representative who answered the phone. he was friendly, efficient, & reasonable. He listened to what I wanted and delivered more than what I imagined. Thank you very much for the beautiful heart. It was beyond my satisfaction.
