Horrible service and cheap smoking supplies.Sold me a wax pen Monday night . Woke up to it not working I go in so they can help me fix it. The guy recognized me. Then I let him know my concerns and says it wasn't him who sold me the product. it was another guy. I understand the non return policy but pretending to like you all of a sudden know nothing when I addressed my concerns is what's going to stop me from coming back.Poor and inhumane

The owner of this smoke shop is the most kindhearted, giving, friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, Guy around. He knows his products, he’s a family guy, and animal lover, and that makes the experience and atmosphere in this smoke shop better than any in my opinion. His selection rocks, but he’s also just a very cool person who makes you feel welcome, and like you are part of his family. Amazing smoke shop, I won’t be going anywhere else besides here.

If your a smoker it's a great cheap smoke shop and they have a little of everything there also besides smokes. My girlfriend found this flavored popcorn and they have many flavors of popcorn its delicious we buy a couple bags every time we go there.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and understands your needs. He didn't try to upsell me, in fact, he told me I didn't need some items I was planning on buying. Made my selection based on his advise and extremely satisfied with my purchase.

They stocked my favorite beer when I couldn't find it in the fridge! The owner is friendly and has reasonable prices! The place is also very clean.

The people that work there are very nice! They also explain details on the product that you bought. If there's any problems with anything they will exchange it. The will give you store credit. I would recommend Smoke Shop in Sylmar!

This is the biggest store in the area. They have anything you would need. It's hard to find a good selection of cigars that are actually in a humidor at such late hours. They are open till 10pm on weekends. I even come for snacks since everything closes at 9pm in my area. Very good addition to the area.
