I recently broke my screen and decided to take my phone here to get the screen fixed. The charge for the service was $110 for a screen replacement and a screen protector that I agreed to. The owner fixed my phone and then I paid through Venmo because that’s how they operate. There was no receipt or any policies mentioned if there would be any future issues after the phone is fixed.A couple of days afterwards, my phone’s screen was completely blank but you could tell the Home Screen and phone’s functions were still working. It’s just you couldn’t see anything. In dire need of a phone, I had to take it to a shop in Westwood near my work. They mentioned whomever did the replacement, did not properly do the job right. Then I had to pay an additional $278 to get my phone fixed.I called her today and explained the situation to the owner. However, they said you should have brought it back to them so they can fix it. However, if they stated that after I came in the first time, we wouldn’t have this issue. Then I proceeded to ask for a refund from the service they did. However that ended with a decline.So ladies and gentlemen, if you want faulty phone repairs(that will last only 2 days) by all means go to this place.***IF YOU WANT A BETTER JOB, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE****
