The serpentine belt blew out as we were leaving Southern California, causing a domino effect of issues in the car while on Interstate 5. Luckily this all happened right by the freeway exit and I was able to wrestle the car to the repair shop where the associates did an amazing repair. They were able to rush the parts we needed within an hour and get us on our way again. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Our car broke down and overheated on the Interstate. Luckily, we were able to make it to Sergio's to check out what was wrong with our car. Robert inspected our car and found our serpentine belt had broken. He replaced the belt and pulley on the car and got it running again. We completed our trip home, driving 200 miles afterwards. Grateful for their help in getting us home.

Employee Noe or Noel was the name on his shirt. I assume that was his name. He helped me this morning when my tire valve was letting out air, and it would only stay in when I put the cap on. I was already late for work and it was quick and easy. Thank you so much!

When we overheated, we pulled off the I-5 and went to Sergio's because it was the closest to us on our map and we lucked out. He showed how knowledgeable he was right away - and luckily for us he was able to get to the van right away (hose/radiator cap/thermostat all needed replacing). He did a great job. I know it's unusual to go in to any mechanic and have your vehicle worked on immediately - but we lucked out because he had the time that day. He replaced everything and test drove it and it's running great. The price was what you would expect - about $700 for everything he did. If I lived closer, he would definitely be my mechanic from now on. (Robert was his name) Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive - as I said, we lucked out.

Probably the best service I've received at an auto shop. Great service, very good prices, and my van is running like a dream! Helped us out in a pinch and relieved so much stress, I'll be forever grateful!

This auto repair shop wants to charge $160.00 bucks for a diagnostic. But auto zone charges $0.00 !!!! I got my car towed to this repair shop before I found out about auto zone charging 0 for diagnostics and when I tried to work something out with a man named Robert in regards the diagnosis charge he pretty much told me that he could not give me a discount because the machines are expensive, and I could not believe that he didn't analyze the fact I got my car towed to his facility plus get my car repaired there which means i was ready to spend 600 bucks but that didn't matter to him or even that I am part of the community. He pretty much said tow car to auto zone get a free diagnostic and come back!!!!! That was very disappointing to me. I decided to get my car towed to another auto shop and they indeed didn't charge me.for diagnostic since I was getting .y car fixed there!!!!!! I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Thank you

They are great!Needed to get an oil change and replace the front brake rotors and pads on my 2007 Mazda 3 2.0.I ordered all the parts, oil filter, oil, etc ahead of time.Called and asked for a quote. After they gave it to me I called around to a few other shops. Sergios was within $10 of the cheapest place I could find and since I liked them from the alignment on my Traverse I thought there was value to pay the slightly higher price.I had been procrastinating doing this for a few weeks now but turns out a family friend needed to borrow the car, today. Day before Fourth of July. Knowing the car needed this work I needed to find someone to do it today. Called at 2:15 and they said yes we can do it today but you have to bring it in now. A lot of other shops would have said no bring it in on the 5th. The fact they accepted us, did the work, and had everything dine within 2 hours is why I'll keep bringing my vehicles for service and repairs when I'm too busy/lazy/dont have the right tools to do it myself.Plus they are 2nd generation family owned business. They wife who works the office portion and I spent time talking about our kids while her husband the manager and J spent time talking about cars.Wonderful experience here and hope to have many more as my vehicles aren't new or under warranty!

I pulled off the freeway because my tire went flat. Stumbled upon this place. Had to stop twice to air up my tire. Sergio was super friendly, helpful, and quite reliable. Don't bypass this place, Sergio is a true gem.
