Front office friendly , had to wait for my appointment with Richard. As always, everything went well, and it was over quick. My entire visit was pleasant . I will recommend this office to all my friends

Made an appointment weeks ago, this business was a referral from a friend. Was told they were work with lots of first responders, I thought great. Albeit it was 40 miles away through Los Angeles but I was going to try them out. This past Saturday in pouring rain, I make my trek for my 11am appointment. I am already over halfway there and my appointment was 30 minutes away, I get a call from the office that they have no internet. As you can imagine it's necessary to do their job. The office said a technician was coming at 12 and I could essentially go wait, unfortunately on my only day off that's not an option and had other things to do. They called at 1230, I was at my next appointment, couldn't answer and no voicemail left or text to reschedule. I call back, no answer. I text Sunday to reschedule, nothing. I text Monday to reschedule, nothing. Today, 3/26/24 I get a response that nothing is available and I can come as a walk-in to Sylmar. The people's appointments who couldn't happen because you didn't have the necessary tools to do so, should've had first priority and rescheduled ASAP. I will absolutely never recommend this business to any person that even mentions the word taxes. Extremely poor communication and accountability, adulting 101.

Just ask for Richard he'll make you a millionaire.. The ladies in the front are very helpful also. Called asked for appointment and got one for the next day. Thanks Richard

Good place to do you taxes only complaint I have is when the IRS sends letters and they are away for the season they are not around I have been working on my 2020 taxes for some time now and have been receiving forms for them to fill out but have not been able to and I am racking up interest due to this! This is kind of frustrating!
I have tried reaching the number below plenty of times but the mailbox is full and I cannot leave message!

First time using there services and I absolutely hated it ! Ruben did my taxes (sylmar ca) ! I never got my tax return . It's now been two months ! I text and call and no response . 818-943-7002 is his number he has now blocked and ghosted me . Ive been trying to contact the office as well and they're closed . I was charged $190 for the services . If I don't hear from them by June 6 ,2023 I will be contacting my lawyer . This is not how a business should be ran !

I absolutely love these guys. I started when Gene was still alive in 2006-2007 and since he passed I've had Richard. Never leaving, hands down the best tax guys ever!!! And office staff is great!!!!!

This company is the most responsive and most efficient I've encountered in a long time. Shortly after I called, Neev come to my home immediately and in the most professional manner immediately proceeded to install a new water heater. This company's services include 4 years of maintenance.

I have been going to Richard for over 10 years and he has always been the best. Many of my family and friends benefit from his insight on completing a tax return properly and receiving all the tax write offs possible, year in and year out. Richard grew up in this business and he bleeds taxes. No way I would ever trust anyone else besides Richard.
