My review is based on my experience, probably with you, because I just asked a question and the answer was rude as your reply. If you have this business since 1996 you didn’t learn anything about running a serious business. Very pathetic and childish your answer. When you have a business you have to learn how to handle criticism in a positive way. Educate yourself about customer service, and how to avoid damaging your business reputation with comments like these.

I have used Royale Pawn Shop many times. Doing business there has always been incredibly fair and professional. From the moment you step in, you are greeted and attended to by the owner who is very knowledgeable. The shop has great merchandise and the loans are always fair. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The best Pawn Shop in town to do business!

Very helpful, customer service is always great. Better than most Pawnshops I've been too, I've sold items and made multiple purchases here from musical instruments, electronics (computers and game systems) and gotten great deals on jewelry. I've been a customer now over a decade, and will continue. Better prices on used music gear then Guitar Center.
