I've been working with Ronco for 10+ years. They always come through with the product I need to complete a project and they have always been so helpful on the phone when I have questions. Great Angel Hair products and feather and down. Eric Olive has been our sales person forever and he always is so helpful and has the utmost patience with me when I need more info. *great HR foam * great jacket packs/envelopes *great nailhead source *decking and all upholstery supplies

I just got back to the shop and I have to say working with Ronco and Jessie was awesome. I needed foam for a project and found Ronco a pleasure to deal with. Jessie was extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He even recommended a competitor because of my needs. Note: I went to the competitor and no one was there.If you need foam, check out Ronco.

We only order our pillow mattress toppers from RONCO! We have them on all of our beds so our guests are spoiled and want them too. My family and I have never slept any better. My husband and I have shoulder pain and without it elsewhere we suffer but when we get home we are content with no pain when we sleep. Our original purchase lasted well beyond 10 years but we ended up giving it to another family member so we got another one. Here is one in our guest room, queen size, 6 inches thick. Shipping was right on time, well packaged, and identifiable. Great customer service and we didn’t have any issues.

This place is very unprofessional they took too long to make a order of cushions the quality is not good and it is overpriced for the cushions I recommend not to go here unless you are ready to tip them to put your oder first

I haven't written a review before and I hope I am able to convey how disappointed and disgusted I am by the behavior of Eric Olive, a salesman at Ronco industries. I am a small business owner and have worked with Eric over the last few years. the quality of the products are pretty good but the attitude I have had to deal with from Eric has gotten to the place where I would rather give anyone else my money besides this company. I placed an order for an exact size of pillow in an email so it would not be confused and when they arrived they were more than 2.5 inches too big. This may not sound like a big deal but they were unusable for my products and I let Eric know that they were not correct. The response I received not only made zero sense but was beyond rude and patronizing. He said you needed to say the words "exact size" I told him I sent the exact size in my email and he just kept talking over me and told me I should have my team open the pillows and take stuffing out to make them fit. I told him we dont have time to do this and it would be another step in production and he said well I have a box of pillows that you sent back that you said were wrong here in my office and what should I do with those? Mind you, the pillows sitting in his office were his mistake as well! I'm sure I'm not truly conveying how beyond rude he was to me but I know as a business owner if any of my employees spoke to a customer the way he spoke to me, they would out of a job that same day.

You know what I like most about the amazing team at Ronco? They actually do business with those of us who are simply looking to replace a few items in a piece of furniture. Nearly every other vendor for these types of supplies requires some type of wholesale invitation to buy from them. Ronco does not and their prices are even better.
The real icing on the cake here is not only the knowledgeable staff, but the level of customer support and service is exemplary. Quick responses, thorough answers, outstanding recommendations, and a willingness to fix any customer issues as fast as possible. Truly the epitome of an outstanding business model. Keep up the great work Ronco!
