SYEDA was extremely disrespectful. I’m thankful she had me and not anyone else who had a horrible temper because she was slamming my items and verbally harassing us. My partner thanked her for her time aside from her being so disrespectful. I hope Syeda gets therapy her mental health illness is affecting her work and she would benefit greatly from it. Us consumers should not have to be verbally harassed by a worker not a good look for the company. (I apologize for not knowing your store closed at 9 thank you for the workers for staying open 5 min extra for us)

All and genuinely mean this all the employees at this rite aid need to reflect on themselves. I've been having a hard time in life but I have done my part in staying a law abiding citizen I came in to the store to purchase a snack half way to the sodas I was told I am not allowed to shop there I proceeded to record the situation cause I was offended at the fact I was being discriminated and when they saw my iPhone they changed their tone well congrats to you guys you're on the Internet do better

If I could give this place 0 or NEGATIVE stars . I would... never in my life have I wrote a review this BAD! I was being helped on a register while the cashier lady next to me was helping someone else, she was such a RUDE , and RACIST lady. Poor old mexican man who didn't understand english looked so helpless and she kept yelling in his face. Terrible lady I say. I never thought I would encounter something like that. Definitely NEVER getting my money again. Please fire her immediately, she is not a person who should be in customer service.

I bought a prepaid gift card. Clerk opened it to “check it and said it was fine. Later I discovered some of the numbers were scratched off. Went to return it the same day. Was told to come back and speak to the manger. This happened a few times, manager was never available. (Convenient) They knew of the scratch number problem and despite “ checking it” it was still a problem. They KNEW of this scam and did not take the cards off the shelf. They should be ASHAMED of themselves.

Pathetic & Very Rude. I told the pharmacist My daughter needed her medication because she was in pain she replied I didn't ask you if she was in pain So this began early this morning 9:00 am coming out of the Holy Cross hospital they sent the prescription to Rite Aid early this morning it is now 4:00pm and still no medication I hear they are closing some stores this should be one of them

Don't bother going for your flu shot. They don't have staffing for flu shots. Pharmacy is extremely busy.
