And.....I did so much research to find a good vet, and their all pretty pricey ,?
This place is not out for the gusto $$,?, it's all bout the well care of your pet. And the receptionist, with her vibracious hair, that matched her graciously, welcoming my Babygirl. So if your looking for a doctor that cares, call Roxford Vet, and you'll be all set.

Now we bring both of our dogs, Te’Fiti and Shenzi, for boarding and daycare, and they absolutely love it. I love my dogs like my children, and what gives me peace of mind is knowing they are so well cared for. They even pay close attention to details like separating one of my dogs during mealtime because she’s food reactive. That means so much to me. We’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I fully recommend it with all my heart.

Russ and Tony are true leaders and when you play with puppies all day how can you not be awesome. The puppies are cared for to level I've never seen and they are all adorable. The icing on the cake, is knowing all this is done to help people at no cost to the patient. I proudly donate to GDA TLC on a weekly basis to maximize my contribution. If you feel you need to give money to someone to help others this is truly the place you should put your money!

I got an egg and cheese on croissant and my boyfriend got pastrami on ciabatta, I also added a coffee and nutella croissant. Really cute relaxing cafe, playing Christmas music with a lot of plants in the front, some books and magazines to read, a few options for sitting inside or outside. They serve coffee, teas, smoothies, protein shakes and have a fridge for extra beverages like coconut water and fruit juices. Nice baristas and very quick service! 10/10

They are open on the weekend and not permanently closed as some people have claimed on Yelp.
The food is very good... cooked over a wood burning grill. The smell of the wood burning and the food cooking is amazingl
The service is good and everyone is very laid back and relaxed.
I met some other customers who are regulars and they all were very nice.
Give them a try... you won't regret it.

13661 Hubbard St, SylmarI was passing by and saw this cute little cafe and thought why not try and support a mom and pop shop. I’m so so so happy I did! Vivian is the sweetest soul, Bruce is bbq’inf outside, the vibe is perfect! I felt like I was in a little country cafe which is my absolute favorite type of atmosphere. I had a delicious SOYRIZO breakfast burrito and a dirty chai and it was so delicious and “made with love” thank you again Vivian!!!!

The vanilla latte's vanilla aspect was somewhat on the lighter side but the coffee itself was great. Unfortunately the card machine was down the day I came but luckily they accepted Zelle payments.
