Absolutely horrendous customer service. Last week, my assistant called customer service because we needed to make a return, and they told her that UPS would come to our office in 2-5 days to pick up our return package. We followed their instructions to a tee, making a copy of the invoice and writing out the reasons for return. 5 days passed and UPS had not picked up the package. We call customer service today to follow up, and they claim that they have no record of the return order being requested. They also tell us that they never assist with package pick-up unless there was a mistake in the order on Pearson's end. We explained in great detail to them that we ordered sterilization pouches from two different brands with the EXACT same dimensions, yet the sizes were completely different side-by-side. This is why we had to return some of the pouches because they were not the dimensions we expected. The representative proceeded to yell at my assistant and continually gaslight her, simply refusing to send someone out to pick up our return order. She made us feel like it was our fault for ordering the incorrect items and also kept demanding us to tell her the name of the person who had agreed to send UPS to pick up our return package (we did not know). At the end of the call, she angrily exclaimed, "We close in one minute.....goodbye." I wish I could report this person for her unprofessional behavior but I do not know her name.

Think twice before you order from pearson. Their staff leaves much to be desired. I am in the midst of a return and now must deal with ineptitude, people who barely speak English and are ill informed. Good luck.

I had been a customer for many years, and find this company reliable, accessible with wide variety of material and instruments and willing to help if any problems with products they sell. Nati is my representative, and he is always very nice and responsive. Chris with equipment services is very knowledgeable and helpful too. I recommend this company, especially if you are local, as they provide a personal delivery to local customers.

Totally unprofessional. They do not stand behind their products. If I could give zero stars I would. I used Amazon to order a mini massager from them, an item used by my physical therapist to reduce surgical scarring on my hand. The item did not work. Would not turn on at all. Checked that the battery was good by putting the battery in a flashlight & it worked there. First used the Amazon system to request a return but the response was that the item was not returnable. Then tried to request a refund. Response was that I could not request a refund because I had not yet requested a return. Contacted seller directly & got a canned message about how they were sorry I did not "like" the product. Told me to request a return. Warned that if product had been opened, it was not returnable & also that if I returned it for them to inspect, there would be a restocking fee. They never acknowledged that product was DEFECTIVE. I wanted either a refund or a replacement. Then they asked me to send a photo, & said they would discuss the issue with their shipping dept. I asked what they wanted me to photograph. I told them it was not a problem with a damaged product & there was nothing to see in a photo. And it was not a shipping problem. Response did not answer my question. They sent the same canned message about my not "liking" their product & how it would cost a restocking fee. Finally used Amazon's A to Z refund program and after speaking to a human at Amazon, Amazon said they would process a refund for me. Big hassle & lots of time spent in fruitless attempt to get them to either refund me or send a replacement. This is not a reputable business.

Called customer service to get a shipping quote before placing the order and the woman was incredibly rude. She said customers just have to place the order not knowing what the shipping costs will be, *agreeing* to be charged whatever fees they decide. That's absolutely ridiculous. Who places an order without knowing the total cost?? Additionally, their website is also extremely outdated and frustrating to use as it kept crashing/didn't work with my Mac browser.

Price looks good. Multiple items to choose from. Backordered items are not updated online, which is understandable. Staff who answers phone cannot tell which items are back ordered. Haven’t had a pleasant phone call with them except email interaction with the new account department. Rude customer service. Sounds like they don’t care.

Very bad experience with this company. Their website is not updated and people working there are rude. They do not understand you and assume what they want. They had my orders backordered and when emailed them about this they called and said they do not want to work with me any longer! you should earn the business, and with other big ones out there you should understand this is not a monopoly!

PearsonLab.com is a horrible place to shoop dental lab supplies. Their customer service is horrible. They don´t responsible to customer´s orders. I order an item, they said I need to wait maximum 2 weeks when they get the supply from manufacturer. After 2 weeks, i called them, they said they forgot to order the supply from manufacturer, so i need to wait another 2 weeks. I have to cancel my order. I got the item i need from other company only 4 days.

I made my initial order with Pearson for the first time via web order in April'20. Got a call from Dorothy that my order will be canceled because it was mostly PPE. Some miscommunication took place...I ordered elsewhere. I then received an email that the order was being shipped. I called immediately to cancel and was told to just refuse the order. Since then, have called 3 times to request refund. Covid-19 was used as excuse as to why no refund was processed. It has been 3 months...still no refund. Terrible experience personally dealing with staff and excuses. I do not recommend conducting business with company.

I love Pearson. I bought PPE items for all 6 of my offices from them and was very satisfied with the quality and price. I will definitely be doing more business with them moving forward.

Keep this in mind when ordering supplies: their availability doesn't show on ordering pages of the website. The warehouse database isn't connected. So, if an item is out of stock, you won't know until later. Strange. Patterson, Schein, Darby, Safco all show availability. I wanted to do business with Pearson but got the item from Patterson instead.
