nobody there understands the rewards program and i was given incorrect info about the ink cartridge recycling benefits, after 2 calls to the 800# and an hour waiting on hold, office depot still owes me rewards $ ... shop elsewhere

The girls at office depot are awesome. I go there and they always have the answer. Love those girls.
