Magic auto body has been helpful and courteous they heeled me Handel the insurance after the accident and I had my truck back within 2weeks like bran new hole net front end and they painted it as well there fast and efficient and courteous they do excellent work and pay attain to detail.should you ever find yourself in the position of needing repairs on your vehicle I recommend Magic Autobody in Sylmar I give them 5 starei I'll rate them ***** stars

Super unprofessional and unreliable. Don't even bother wasting your time like they did with me. Was asked to bring in my car to get it " assessed". Firstly, it's already a hassle going into the shop, no street parking, tight entrance, its on a main street. After staying there for 30+ mins he talked a lot about the parts the car needed fixed. He told me he would have his brother contact me with further details. He Took down a lot of information about my car and asked me a bunch of questions just for it to lead to nothing. A bunch of talk because they never followed up or called me like he said. Why do you waste peoples time? Just say you don't want the job and money. That simple.

I talked to Ellie about my concerns and what happened about Brian telling me to give him the money from my insurance company before even finishing my car. Ellie assured me that this is not how they do business. I feel much better after talking to Ellie. He is not someone I just do business with, but my friend. So I am bringing my car back and look forward to beautiful work on my car.

My car was hit by a distracted driver and i contacted Magic Auto Body, and they were very responsive, helpful and professional. They assisted me with this problem and handled the repair all the way without me needing to lift a finger! My car was returned to me in better condition than how I got in the first place! They are highly professional and their work speaks for itself. Definitely recommending them to all my family and friends.

I just got my Honda Civic (2018) back from Magic Auto Body and it looks better than it did when it was new! The quality of work that Bryan and his crew do is very impressive. Ariel, in the office, along with Bryan, were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to be helpful and obliging. I can't say enough good things ... I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a high quality body shop with very reasonable pricing, I wholeheartedly recommend Magic Auto Body. You will be incredibly pleased with the results.

Thanks for the assistance and care demonstrated by Bryan and his Crew regarding my vehicle's repair. They were extremely responsive and took care of the damaged caused by scooter on my parked car. They met my expectations on the repair and paint - had to match the factory finish on a 2021 Vehicle. They had me return @ 2 weeks later for the clay application for the recent paint (which they took care of the entire car). Extremely pleased with the results - and their time and effort working with my insurance carrier to finalize the repair. The repair was timely - and truly can't thank the crew enough. Definitely met my expectations.
