“My husband came in the day before me with my 2 girls and all the employees just loved them. Nye was our sleep expert and when I came in the day after she was so helpful and honest about her opinions. She made sure to divert the kids to something else so I could try the beds myself. When it came time for the paperwork, she took out the Lego table so the girls would have something else to do. I really appreciated Nye and we will totally be back to get my daughter’s bed when the time comes!”
“Amazing selection and great prices. LOVE my new lamp. Also, I was absolutely blown away with the level of customer service. The manager was absolutely kind and super helpful, he even helped carry our lamp to our car. I didn’t need to wave my arms or hunt staff members to help me. When I approached the manger, he immediately greeted me and helped me out without delay. Best experience I’ve ever had with customer service ever. The ladies who rang up our purchase were also so incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing lights!!!”
“My wife and I had found a company in Kentucky (we live in California) that makes custom furniture out of recycled wine and whiskey barrels. Problem was the shipping was insane. So we looked around trying to find someone who could make us a liquor cabinet but it seemed we weren't going to find anyone. We had given up and we're trying to find another option but kept coming back to that idea. Finally a friend had suggested looking for someone that sells just barrels and doing it myself. I came across Evans Family Barrels and, to my luck, they make custom furniture out of them!!!! We visited their store and Carole and Mike were beyond welcoming and very nice and helpful. We placed our order and even added in a fruit bowl (also made from recycled barrel). I just picked them up and couldn't be happier! Amazing work!”

“Me & my wife Margarita bought Medical Breakthrough 7 less a year ago. We pretty happy with the massage chair. All the members of the family come down every week pretending to visit us which they don’t before until we bought this massage chair. It come to a point that foot rest was disconnected from the main assembly. I call CS & wow amazed with Customer service support for us. I will named them like Michael Gabriel & Richard ( Technician) they were so helpful that the parts still in warranty came next day. Technician call me to schedule to come. The communication with them are so easy & quick responses. Thank you people that i talked to also to BREAKTHROUGH7 massage chair. I called in and let Leon know what I was looking for, he took me through the showroom with his phone on FaceTime so I could see the options available and found EXACTLY what I had in mind. I pointed out a couple of items on the website, he showed me more that were in stock in the store. My piece was packed up and shipped to me, got here to my door in perfect condition in one week. “Came in here with my boyfriend to order our new bed, and we absolutely loved the customer service here. Oralia helped us and she made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed, we came in once to ask questions and look around then came back to make the final purchase. We also fell in love with this mini couch and she gave us a wonderful deal on it. We found the value to be good and the furniture seems to be well made. Also Jackie was helping as well and she made us feel welcome and offered us water! Now we wait for the delivery. I will update that as soon as it happens. Thank you! We definitely will be coming back here for all our furniture needs!
