The motor stopped responding to all three remote controls. Called up the company and asked what could be the cause of the prob and what do people normally do in such situation. Instead of answering the question they want to send over technicians for service call and to charge for it.There is no customer service apparently. If someone offers a product for a while they should know well about what are the common prob and how to fix it or explain why would it have to be solved only by their own techniciansI would never by another product from this company so if I have to replace this one with another one it would definitely from competitive manufacturers n I will do a better research beforeBuying.

I purchased an Eagle 1000DC slide gate operator in Sept. of 2020 and installed it without an issue. I had thoroughly researched the features prior to purchase and the specs indicated that the gate could be manually stopped during the "open" function if a full open position was not needed. This was done by setting some switches on the control panel. I performed the necessary settings but the gate still ran a full open cycle. I contacted tech support and was informed that this function does not work on the DC models due to programming in the circuit board. I advised them that all the product literature indicated and advertised this function as being available in the 1000DC and that was specific to my purchase. They offered no remedy (upgraded circuit board?) and only apologized for the misrepresentation. Fast forward to December, 2021. A couple of days with little sunlight and my opener froze in the open position. At the time I mistakenly diagnosed it as being a dirty lens on my photo eye. Since I have sunshine 95% of the year and I only operate the opener 1-2 times a day I didn't think it would be a battery issue. It seemed to work fine for several months but in Oct., 2022 it again quit in the open position. I called tech support and was advised to check the batteries. I removed the batteries and tested them with a Schumacher AGM 12v charger/tester. Both tested bad and would not take or hold a full charge. At this point my opener was just over 2 years old. The complete warranty document that came with my unit specifically states that ALL PARTS AND COMPONENTS are warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. It makes no exclusions for batteries. I contacted Eagle Warranty Dept. and was told that the batteries are only warranted for 1 year, regardless of what the printed warranty indicates. They didn't even offer to pro-rate these batteries toward the purchase of new ones (which cost $125 ea. thru Eagle). I asked to speak with a manager and was told nobody was available but someone would call me back. Still waiting,,, buyer beware.

Very efficient, the best operators, I have been installing and working with them for more than 8 years in the Bay Area, and installed more than 100 operators and they all work great.

Allow me to preface this review by stating that I own my company, and have been installing, and repairing gates, and Gate operators for over 30 years. I primarily provide liftmaster operators, but normally recommend repairing these items as it is more ethical to do so, and more importantly, it helps keep viable products out of our landfills. Thursday oct 21st I received an eagle gearbox from my primary supplier in San diego that I had misidentified (I had ordered the lower gearbox, and needed the upper gearbox). In order to ensure this would not happen again I called eagle directly. In speaking with tech support, they had me send a photo. Wed oct 27th after getting their gearbox shipped to my shop, I went to install it. That's when I noticed that the shaft diameters were different. Miguel tried to tell me it was worn down. I told Miguel that that was incorrect. He argued with me, and I finally got him to listen as I explained that if it were worn down, then the other parts would fir, but instead they had a smaller diameter. Then the general manager saw the photo, and immediately identified that I needed 2 additional parts as they had changed their design. They informed me that it would be Monday before I could get them, and since I can't make my customer wait 5 days without a gate, I drove 6 hours round trip to north l.a. feom San diego, bringing the gear boxes, and parts with me. I had miguel inspect the parts in the back of my service vehicle to again ensure I had everything I needed. Today Friday oct I find out that the bolt diameters are different. I won't be recommending that my customers fix their Eagle operators anymore. I don't want poor tech support, and no accountability for their mistakes.Photos are Supporting that the shaft was not in fact worn down

The Parst are very expensive I took my board for repair but they only let me buy a new board. I had to buy it for my gate to work, but the should have been able to repair my board. They just forced me to buy a board.

Friendly staff, responsive phone service. One word of advise that I learned today. Eagle motors are not compatible with Tesla using home link. The Eagle motors do not communicate with tesla cars to open using the gate opening service in the car called home link. Given this barrier, I applied the small gate remote behind the Tesla screen with velcro. Not the solution I wanted, but it works. Maybe some day the motors will communicate with Tesla cars. Just fyi. I had a ramjet motor before that did work with the Tesla cars I own. If I had known this I would of stuck with ramjet. :(

This is a well engineered piece of gear. In 12 years I've had 2 issues: the reflector was bumped out alignment (fixed with epoxy) and recently it started incomplete closing, which took a minor adjustment with just a screwdriver. Customer service was excellent and friendly, solved both issues over the phone with no service call being required. Highly recommend Eagle One!

Excellent company. Did exactly as they said they would and when they said they would. Eagle Access Control Systems manufacture a high quality gate and installed in a few hours and not a moments problem with it. Price was very competitive and the service superb. Can't recommend them highly enough. Good job!!

I have gate company also I’m the 10 years experience gate operator installer, with confidence I can say eagle access and their product are worst and they not worth even to try once. If anyone wants to lose their Clint and have headache every day eagle is the best choice. Good lock to them !!! Every time that I stop by here at their factory for some reason I’m seeing people returning their brand new product because of bad quality and constantly same problem with their product. ??
